Giant Eagle Supermarket

Beverly in the hot/prepared foods department. You are an absolute lifesaver and such a pleasure to speak with over the phone and in person. I needed quick food in less than 24 hours notice and she made it happen. The food was amazing and ready as requested. But back to Beverly being so pleasant. In a day like today. It is so wonderful to have such friendly customer service. She did not hesitate and was completely willing to fulfill my order. Thank you so much and I hope she is recognized in Madison, Ohio Giant eagle!

We stopped by to get some ribs they were cooking. They smell /look delicious. Will update with taste.

Always excellent except for 3 days ago.. All the fresh produce was limp. Maybe the watering system broke.

This is Madison, Ohio store. The produce bin is immaculately cleaned. Produce is super fresh and a nice assortment. We love the salad bowls assortment. I love the sweet taco one.

Pharmacy stop at the drive through. No wait and the kind pharmacist gave my dog a milkbone!

Very nice staff, they are quick, store and bathrooms are clean. The lady that helped us with our ordering for 3 different cakes was very patient and very kind. Explaining all different flavors and sizes to us. Would definitely recommend.

Big Bird 🐦 is always a nice place for grocery shopping and the worker bees were very polite/helpful.

Grabbed some fresh ground meat and buns. Loaded bake potoato salad and Klassen pickles. I even baked a apple pie.

Lots of products to choose from. They always have what I need. Nice meat selection and an excellent bakery. And a high grade sushi bar by the deli. All around great store for groceries.

I would like to give the Giant Eagle employees a big Thank You for working during this Corona Virus pandemic! Despite the many shoppers the last few days, they have done a great job keeping people moving at the registers. They have also kept up a positive disposition! To all be safe! Today is Monday the 7th of March. It looks like they have dropped the wearing of masks. Employees and most people were not wearing masks. Shelves were pretty well stocked. Lots of employees stocking shelves. Today is July 7th. Prices have gone up on most products. Gas price is okay, but if you have a Giant Eagle card you get 30 cents off. It really helps to be a member, if you go "Pro" it really makes a difference.

This is a great store for pastries, meat, deli, and fruits. Price is higher than big W store but food is better quality. Also lines are short, service is great, and place is clean and they have a better selection of products on full shelves in smaller quantities.

Well kept store that really has a great variety of produce and bakery goods along with meat and seafood. The store also has a liquor and beer area too. Friendly staff is eager to help !!

Great place to shop when they have good sales. We usually are on a tight budget so we shop at multiple places. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Giant Eagle was busy today. They had no bagged potatoes, fresh seafood counter was empty and the beef section was limited. Of course there was no toilet paper, which I am still trying to figure out why! However my cashier was very nice and the store had more cashiers and lanes available than usual.
