This will not be everyone's store. The prices are in the upper range but the quality reflects that. This store puts the L in elegant. Keep in mind though, you will find things in all different price ranges. They have some very unusual items that would make great Christmas gifts for those hard to buy people. Candles and books and a leather fly swatter. You don't have a leather fly swatter? You can know! Keith was very knowledgeable about the store and it's background in its origins in sporting and it's eventual crossover into high-end fashion. They have a great section of winter toys on the back wall as well as some popular shoes. Great leather handbags throughout the store. Hats for every occasion. So of course gloves and scarves. Jewelry. They even have a great selection of beautiful tools for the man that needs beautiful tools. And while you're shopping they have a great little Lounge area if your partner wants to take it easy while you go crazy. Big screen TV and beer and wine, what more do you need?

Awesome team at the San Antonio store. Super attentive, friendly and take care of your skis. They did an amazing job at waxing skis and installing new bindings. Overall it’s always a great experience to visit the store to shop.

I was recommended to visit this store to help set up my new snowboard and bindings. Once inside, Gunner clearly explained how to adjust the binding’s settings and even helped move my equipment to and from my vehicle. The whole process took 10 minutes and Gunner’s assistance was outstanding.

Great shopping experience today. I was offered a drink (I just asked for sparkling water), and Hector my sales associate was always on hand to take things to the fitting room. He also offered suggestions for styles and materials I might like. While in the fitting room he was attentive and able to get me other sizes. Overall a great shopping experience. Highly recommend.

This place is great. There is nothing close to it in the quarry and few like it in San Antonio. The convenience of the location can’t be overstated. I could find something for all occasions here.
As for customer service, I was very impressed. Not at all like the two negative reviews. But also, if you have arms to lift, legs to walk, and a mouth to ask…use them. Being a customer doesn’t entitle you to be useless in the act of commerce.

Not sure about these reviews, I was visiting from out of town and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive. Store was very clean and the vibes were good.

Cozy store, but the selection isn’t great for luxury unless you are primarily seeking out ski wear. I liked to see that they had Stoney Clover. I will say while the sales staff was nice and polite, customer service was truly lacking. Nothing compared to the local competition. All the associates were gathered at the register chatting and didn’t really bother to check in with us unless we went up and asked to see something specific. I was standing at the jewelry wanting to see a pair of earrings, but nobody bothered to check in and ask if I needed help or wanted to see anything out of the case. I felt awkward interrupting their conversation to ask for help, so I just decided to check out with my one pair of shoes. I think this place has potential, but their staff needs to really put an emphasis on customer service, otherwise it will ultimately fall to the competition. I probably would not go back unless I specifically wanted Stoney Clover.

Sales people were mostly standing around chatting among themselves and ignoring the few customers that were there.

When I asked the sales person at the front desk if the store carried the brand of an active-wear sports shirt I was looking for, he said, "No, we don't," and walked away without offering any further assistance.

He could have said, "We have some other items you might like. Please look around."

I felt like the foreign freshman student in Animal House who gets rejected during Fraternity Rush.

Shirts in the Sales rack start at $200+. Needless to say I won't be back.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Would never step foot in this place!
