Everyone was so kind and did an amazing job. Food tasted great and they got it to us quick too! The kids love coming here after school.

All in all it was good. Faster if you go inside. Although there was only 4 cars in the drive through, I went inside. Just a slight edit here. Had to come back for another hamburger.. called ahead thus time and didn't have to even wait. It was ready when I got here. Payed and left.

Everyone I worked with was very cooperative and helpful I always had a great time going to work. It’s very easy not too hard rush hour does get a little hectic but it’s overall a great job to get. Especially for your first work was always fun and shoutout to kaila she was chill very nice woman we all love her 🫶🏻.

Stop by here on occasion and the food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is A+

Kayla at the drive thru was so nice she even gave my dog some whip cream so he's not left out! Crew also was smiling and laughing in the back ground having fun and multitasking. Seems y'all have a really good night crew!:) ty Kayla for making me and my dogs night!

Food is fresh, hot, and fast. People are friendly and hepful. Restrooms are clean. Parking easy even if you are towing a trailer. No wifi. No outlets at tables for your laptop. This might not be a full menu DQ, because they don't have ice cream cakes and a few other items, but the food menu seems complete compared to bigger DQs

My husband and I have been coming here for about a year. Being the only fast food in Poteet there’s an importance of being good. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for several months. My husband finally said enough and that he wouldn’t go anymore. Food was always really bad. Tasted like it was cooked hours ago and sat under the lamp forever. We were hungry one night and didn’t want to cook about a month ago. To our pleasant surprise they had a new manager, Barbara. She has made a huge and great improvement to this location. I truly hope she stays here and continues building this location up. She’s fantastic.

I really appreciate the ability to give an honest review. I visited this Dairy Queen and I was so moved by the difference. Infact I really wasn't hungry but i was invited by a friend it didn't take long for me to notice. The manager had an active role to make sure the business was running properly. This staff was friendly the eating area was cleaned. The waitress even came by asked if we needed anything. The food (chicken and fries) we're super hot. As a customer walked out after eating in she stopped the manager and shared her appreciation for this particular Dairy Queen experience. I am not being paid for this review. If you visit you will understand my need to write this honest review.

They make very good blizzards. And like I said at every dairy Queen the food's always good. This is the first time I ate at the one in poteet.

This is the absolute BEST Dairy Queen EVER! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly. The owner works in the kitchen every day and is also incredibly friendly. I enjoy it every time I visit.

Professional staff even in the uncomfortable position of s requested return. A return which was no fault of their own;I requested the refund because my company has already placed the order while I was unavailable in the rest room washing up. Thanks to the staff for their diligence and professionalism.

You can't go wrong with their burgers or tacos. Tacos are delicious and you may thinking tacos at DQ absolutely
worthwhile your visit. When you looking for prompt and courteous you will definitely get that. I recommend this location I've been a regular customer for the last three years when I crave their food and don't forget your dilly bar or chocolate covered soft cone to your meal complete.

I usually never come out this far but since I was in the area, I figured I'd eat something on the way back home. This is probably the best Dairy Queen I've ever eaten at... The food was hot and fresh and the drinks were crisp and cold. Would eat here again if I was in the area.
