Stephen was immensely professional, fast and knowledgeable during my visit. Being the only employee while doing console trades and tending to multiple customers; communicating expectations. Very pleasant experience. Id recommended this gamestop to any one.

Went in today to pick up a new XBOX controller for my Steam Deck since my Xbox One controller seemed like it stopped taking a charge. When I explained to the employee, he explained that a regular charger doesn't charge it and that when the physical batteries died in the controller is when it appeared that it stopped taking charges. He showed me the battery packs that I needed for $15 instead of buying a new controller for $40. I appreciated that quite a bit so I went ahead and just bought both, glad I got to talk to him about it!

Super nice and helpful employees! I always enjoy coming in to see what new stuff they got in stock and I always feel welcomed here. Definitely one of my favorite GameStop locations I've ever been to and definitely will be my go-to.

Best GameStop ever! The staff is super helpful and friendly, no matter who is working they always treat me like a good friend. The store is huge so you don't have to climb over other people while browsing, and it is always very clean. Just an all around enjoyable environment, I've never left without a smile on my face!

Always have had helpful and friendly staff. I have a special needs child (adult now) and they have always treated him with respect. We have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so. I definitely highly recommend!
