The women at A Gift of Health are very knowledgeable and offer exceptional customer service. They have some of the best industry brands, and the owner is a Naturopathic Doctor as well. I've been shopping here for over 10 years and I have always had a great experience! 👍 Would recommend.

I feel so lucky to have this store so close to home so I don't have to drive long hours around Houston. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The Naturopathic Doctor, Shelly, is wonderful and cares about your well-being and will not sell you anything that you don't need. It's a blessing that their services are affordable so that you can get all you need without feeling like you just spent a fortune!! I 100% recommend Shelly's services, their products, and their detoxing packages. They have me feeling way better!

I found out that I was deficient in vitamin D. The Dr suggested otc supplement and time outside in the sunlight.
I do take supplements but wanted to find a local health food supply store so I can support small business. Plus I had questions about other ailments. I looked on google and found this place.
