Maripaz was absolutely AMAZING on helping me find a fragrance that I loved. She gave thoughtful suggestions, was patient and I appreciated her attention to detail. She was fantastic and made the whole experience great. I am a picky shopper so it was refreshing to be helped by someone so nice! Her associate ( I can’t remember her name) was also so helpful as well.

Still above my pay grade to shop there but, a girl can wish wheni walk through there. I find great sales and feel good wheni walk out feeling 12ft tall with my Macy's bag. All kidding I love this store. 😀

I took my grandson shopping for a dress jacket and slacks shirt and tie. I had no idea where to start. I found Steven and told him what we needed. My grandson is almost in adult sized clothing. He found us a jacket in men's and shirt and pants in big boys. He stayed right with us. I did not expect to get that level of service. He was amazingly helpful. And we did very well price wise

I’ve just had a GREAT experience as a customer at Macy’s at Bellis Fair Mall - Bellingham. The amazing customer service provided by LIZ MORRISON was outstanding!!! Always very kind, polite, and patience with clients. This company is lucky 🍀 to have such great professional!!!

I needed a fancy dress for a Christmas party, they had an excellent selection & most of them were on sale!! I love great quality for a small price tag!!

I met the nicest cashier. I would continue shopping just because of her. If a store can hire people so dedicated to kindness, I will support that store.

I went in to the Bellis Fair Mall today to do some wedding gift shopping. I know most women like to shop, but it really isn't my favorite. I had a bridal registry from another place, but couldn't find any of the specific items to match the list.

A lovely employee named Gloria came over and saved the day! She was SO patient, helping me look for comparable items that the newlyweds would enjoy! What a delight she was to work with!

There were 2 other employees at the register when I checked out who were also super kind and helpful in getting boxes together.

These days customer service is a rarity, so THANK YOU GLORIA in the Macy's Home Store! You are amazing!

My favourite place to shop is Maycy's since it is always clean and the atmosphere in the store is great.

So much for customer service. I purchased a dress shirt at Macy’s of Bellingham and never wore the shirt. It still had the tags on it and I also had the original receipt. The shirt was misplaced at my residence and found two years later. The shirt was still in its original packaging and still brand new. I attempted to return the shirt and was told “no” by the cashier and then the department manager. I asked again and was met with the same response. No explanation. Needless to say, I was shocked and angry. I left the shirt with them and exited the store never to return.

While sending the original 1 star review in the parking lot at Macy’s, the store manager (Barbara) approached my vehicle with the shirt I attempted to return. After a brief and civil discussion, Barbara asked me to come back inside and she would make an exception for the return. She advised me the store’s policy was a 30 day return window. I was surprised how short it was in today’s extremely competitive retail sales market. Not only did she refund me for the purchase, she added a $10 gift certificate for any future purchases.

I was completely caught off guard after my first encounter. I told Barbara I would be changing my review to 5 stars and thanked her profusely for going above and beyond.

I hope Macy’s recognizes Barbara for her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond and I’m deeply grateful.

Went into Macy’s today and bought a Sauvage Dior cologne, applies to the customer service and honesty walked out paying $130 instead of 167 because I opened up a credit line with Macy’s! Saved 20% great cashier at 6:40 PM on September 13th, 2021 at the men’s frag counter!

Nice department store with plenty of merchandise to choose from. Excellent sales and friendly staff. Something for everybody. Go check it out. Nice clothes, shoes, purses, jewelry, makeup, perfume, and much more. Brands you love too.

Pretty standard Macy’s experience I feel. One of the last great department stores in Bellingham these days. They seem to have a lot of great products, great sales, etc. If you have the app or the Macy’s credit card, you can get an extra amount off each time. I always like to shop online to see if they have it in stock and or Buy it and pick it up in store.

Macy's is a great place to shop , especially during the holidays.
My experience ... finding what l am shopping for and more.... and even some items that l really don't need, but have decided that l do.
So , l read an article about some of the stores not having the fitting rooms available....
This is for inventory control ! ...
l understand!!!! I want them to survive.

Kathleen is the so kind and professional. I loved my time with her today. She found the perfume I was looking for and a perfect match light foundation! I would choose the in person help I got today over internet shopping any day of the week! With Kathleen's help I picked out perfume, foundation and mascara in under 30 min! So worth the trip!

Went there because it's Clinique bonus time! Customer service was excellent and friendly at the makeup counter. Didn't have one of the products that I wanted but I'll get it another time.

I can always count on this branch having quality items in stock. I've also returned items after trying them and there was never a problem.

Not sure if they meant to do this but I found a Milano Brooks Brothers shirt in clearance the other so that was cool!

Love my Macy's dollars and Friends & Family days. Quality of clothing has changed over the years but Macy's always puts out the best brands. I shop in person for cosmetics too, staff always friendly and helpful. Quality in product and personnel cant be overlooked these days.

Both times I came within the last 2 days the staff were extremely helpful. Need I say more? 5 stars all around from the perfume gal and the other one dealing with purses and whatnot yesterday.

Stopped by to purchase a suite. The sales person, a young lad with earrings, was quite appreciative of the new trends in jackets. He was very helpful.
There were many jackets to choose from, even in size 36 albeit for me it required alteration. Wonderful place with many discounts to reflect the black Friday week. Macy's, a great place to shop indeed.

Purchased a purse that we thought was on sale already for $109. When we got to the register to pay, we got another $40 off!!!
