You can't beat Ace Hardware for customer service. Every person who waits on me is always friendly and helpful. Always. I get my keys made there. They back every transaction or product. Always go above and beyond.

I had only stopped in to kill time while I was waiting for a family member at a dental visit. However upon going to the store I found things that I needed for four different projects they have a wide variety of stock to choose from good use of social distancing at the checkout very helpful and courteous staff and now I can move forward with some of my projects.

I had went in a month ago to get a key made. Not overly friendly and seemed in such a hurry. Well the key didn't work, so I came back. The fellow working named Jim was such a friendly guy and remade the key for me and gave me 2 extra for the inconvenience! We stayed there for a while just talking with him. So refreshing cuz it seems that customer service is a lost art at alot of business's. Not here! They made us feel welcomed from the time we entered by the cashier till when we left with a smile on our faces!

Definitely go to this location staff are very friendly and helpful. Got a key cut for my Chevy Cruze and Rudy did an awesome job went above and beyond for me while helping several other customers. Give that man a raise he deserves it!

Helpful staff. Close to Harbor Freight for comparison shopping. Stock most items as bigger box stores. Prices are good.

Hoffman's Ace Hardware is one of my favorite places to shop. The store is bright and always clean, organized. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. The store is usually well stocked. There selection of items is very good. They have a reward program. There is wheelchair accessible parking and entry into the store.
