The gentleman working the night shift right now should get a raise. He takes pride in his job and I appreciate that very much. All windshield wiper reservoirs were clean and full with proper napkins and squeegees and the drink machine has good soda, the ice is good, the store was clean and cool. I had a very pleasant overall experience and I will go out of my way to go back. Thank you sir who is working the night shift right now, you are what makes America great!

To the red haired young lady. I'm sorry you didn't greet me when I came in, I realize that your personal phone call was more important. I'm sorry I didn't see the 1 pot of coffee that you had ready before I got a fountain drink. I did however, see 2 pots filled with water, 1decaf pot and one that was almost empty. I'm really sorry that I wasted 85 cents on a fountain drink I had to throw away because it was filled with your negativity.

Don’t go to this stripes. I purchased some items and while still at the counter noticed that the product I purchased was expired. They would trade it out or give me my money back. They said that they have a no refund policy and that I would have to contact corporate. The person behind the counter was nice and said sorry but she new that it wasn’t right. This place already had 3 stars so I figure I should have checked.

We got taco's this morning and the were so nasty the tortilla was burned and maybe a tea spoon of barbecue.. never again.. I wish I could post pictures

Sad this is a NEW store and a Model store.
Has lots of issues such as Pumps not working properly and soda machines constantly having issues with ice dispenser, Laredo Taco Company has poor service and inconsistent hours!
This store has too many issues to list.

Very poor costumer service skills! No manners in person or on the phone. Called to ask for Management and young lady asked me, "who are you?".

Was in there store last night and the gentlemen behind the counter through my order onto the counter, and then never gave me a receipt to go with my order. Had no name tag, and when I asked him for his name, he questioned why I needed it. Figured I would leave to avoid issues, but when I got to the car the receipt I asked for did not have a phone number on it. I proceeded back inside to get it, and the gentlemen behind the counter refused to give it to me unless I explained why I needed it, he did the same things when I asked for his manager name. Then shortly after told me that I was getting on his nerves. I responded by telling him that I couldn't see how they gave him this position, and he responded by telling me he got off work and 11pm, if I wanted to meet him then outside to further discus my issues like men!

Just called to speak to the manager and she pretended not to be the manager until I gave up the reason behind my calling.

Be wary. The afternoon shift is short changing people and stealing from customers. In the last 3 days, it's been attempted with me 4 times. The same cashier. Pierced lip and nose bridge. Go elsewhere.

The beer is room temperature! Please fix the coolers! Note to the Public: Go 2 blocks down to the Sunoco on Rodd Field and Williams St for cold beer and refreshments.

How hard is it to screw up making a taco? Terrible terrible service!
