Norco, Nampa

I was helped very much at your Norco in Nampa, and I really appreciate their service. They fixed my brakes right away and I feel much safer now. Thank you very much. I will recommend you.

I have never had a problem ordering my product from Norco. I used to stop by at WestValleyClinic when they were there, and have picked up something I needed. They brought in another person to help me with my knee brace, and really never thanked any of them for the service they have provided me. Thank You all.

nampa Norco is amazing ! they take care of all of my oxygen, and CPAP needs as well as my mobility needs. I recently drove across the united states and flew back, the wonderful staff at the Nampa location arranged the portable oxygen concentrator package and batteries I needed to make the whole trip. The cost was affordable with the customer discounts they applied to my bill. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, caring and amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs CPAP, oxygen or mobility supplies.

Elizabeth & Cindy helped me SO much figuring out what I need & getting me setup with auto ship every month. Since this is all new to me also. I really appreciate their patience.

Admittedly in the past I have had reservations about going into the actual store to pick up anything. However, I needed to go into today and the service and expedition of my order was excellent. Hats off to both Terry and Elizabeth for their excellent assistance and service. I definitely will continue service with the Nampa store. Thank you!

Norco is the best! Carding helpful people and I want to shout out too my delivery guy Jason! He is simply the best. If only all employees could be like Jason . He is an asset to your company thank you Jason for all you do to compensate my needs!

I was nervous about having to use a BiPAP machine. Valerie put me at ease with her personality and knowledge.

Went in to get set up with breathing oxygen. Was greeted by a gentleman who went over everything I needed. I got close to running out a couple weeks later so called Norco and ordered a resupply of tanks. They were delivered the next morning. I am very impressed with their customer service and they helped me with insurance. So glad to have them in town.

customer service is second to none! I can attest to their cust service being very good! My cpap powercord failed friday night and even though Norco is closed Sat and Sundays i was able to call after hours cust service and have them dispatch a employee, Sevo i believe his name is, who brought me a replacement cord so i could sleep. that was and is above the call of duty in my book! they are very easy to work with and excellent problem solvers!

I've never had a bad experience and everyone is so nice and friendly.....I get helped really quickly and I.m really quick!!!!...Thank you for the fact that you are a wonderful store.

Want to thank Veronica, Lupe and Terry for great customer service yesterday. We've been coming to Norco for many years for our medical needs. It's so great to have someone greet us as we come in (a welcome change from several years ago) and help us find the people who can help us. It expedites our wait. Veronica and Lupe were very patient in how they resolved issues for us, both with our insurance and account issues, and helping us find CPAP supplies that worked better than what we've been using.

I have been at this Norco several times in the past 10 years and I can honestly say that these are the nicest and most efficient folks I've dealt with! I appreciate this location very much and have always had excellent customer service, great product, and never any billing issues.

I would like to thank Norco Nampa for their service. You hear often about the bad, but they saved me today. I had a stroke in August and can't climb the stairs to my bedroom. As such, I have to use a hospital bed in my tiny living room that takes up most of the room so that's my bed, my chair, everything. The only other chair I have is a very uncomfortable camp chair. Around 5 am, one of the brackets on the bed broke so I called the Nampa office this morning and spoke with Fred who got a ticket put in right away and though he couldn't give me a time frame, he promised I would be helped today. There was only one driver available and the roads were terrible with snow and ice. Poor Fred, he heard from me 2 more times and handled me being emotional and miserable so nicely. True to his word, the driver (I think his name was Eric) showed up this afternoon and though it's a problem that requires the bed to be fully replaced, he didn't leave until he had made it safe and sturdy enough for me to sleep in for tonight. I can't thank everyone enough.

I had a great experience with Norco in Nampa. Because of insurance I needed to get my Cpap equipment before leaving on vacation. They pulled it off, I got what I needed..

Norco has been my cpap supplier for over 10 years. They have provided several machines and regular supplies. Their service is prompt and help.

I had to call in today to get some much needed help with my bipap machine. I didn't have an appointment but Ashley graciously fit me into her schedule and patiently went through all my machine stats both current and prior, adjusting my settings to better meet my needs and refitted me for a new mask. Awesome service, awesome knowledge base, just a wonderful experience!

previously we have used services through norco and this time I want to highlight the great service that they provided to my family the other night, Luis Bobadillo was very friendly & charismatic and also very professional. Even though it was already late when we called, he had the courtesy to come to our home and fix the oxygen machine for us, well done.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this office! I needed some supplies the day before Christmas, and this was the only place I could find that was open. They were so helpful on the phone on what I needed to bring, and what information I needed from my Dr Office and insurance. I just moved from a small town and it was hard to get the information I needed the day before Christmas. However, I went into this office in Nampa and the were so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. There was a man who greeted us when we walked in and pointed us to where we needed to be. The lady helping me with the insurance was again super helpful and knew exactly what she was doing and what we needed, and then the person who helped me specifically with my equipment was very knowledgeable and also very kind. My dad whom was with me and I were so impressed and we will be going to this Norco in Nampa from now on. Thank you so much to those who helped us!

Someone please notice Terry! He was SO helpful SO kind. He even offered and took my order it to my car for me. 100% rating in customer service! The young man at the counter was also phenomenal! Didn’t catch his name. I’m very pleased with my visit.
