The manager over the store (Spencer) was amazing ! Even though the upgrade and transfer of my phone took well over the time I expected he made it completely worth it. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Great customer service will have you drive out of the way for your needs and that’s exactly what I’ll do next time I need to physically go into the Verizon store .
