Dollar General

The employees here are having a tough time. Even so, they’re minimizing letting their frustrations out on customers. That takes a lot of strength.

I called in to ask if they had an item in stock. The employee was straightforward and helpful.

When I came in, cashier was with a customer and went out of her way to greet me despite being so busy.

I imagine it is much harder to provide good customer service when the store is full (I grew up in this neighborhood).

I liked the prices and on the items that I was looking for and the service there was very nice

I like this Family Dollar! I used to go to the one next to Sonics on Blue Ridge but idk they changed management and the new owners are rude and make you feel like you stole something. I don't steal and I work too hard to be made to feel like that. So I was happy to come down to this one and just noticed Night and Day between the stores. They were cleaner, the shelves were stocked! (I was shocked to see that) and they were Nice ❤ so I have now made this Family Dollar my go to Family Dollar.

Nicole, the manager was very helpful! I had fun shopping their awesome clearance deals :-) The store looked great too. Clean and organized.

I love Dollar General for inexpensive and good vitamins. The staff is always friendly and this store was more organized than in the past.

This is my go to store to pick up odds and ends. They are well stocked and great customer service.

What can I say? It's a Dollar General. You get what you pay for. The employees are great though.
