Best place for coffee. I'm a regular customer since 2016. Manager Mr.Roy is very friendly and welcoming. I love going Raytown Dunkin.

Nice remodeled store. Friendly staff. Great food. The new breakfast empanadas are delicious.

Idk why so many bad reviews, the place Looks brand spanking new. The manager complimented my car and was so nice to me and other costumers 5 stars all around

I came through the drive thru early this morning (Friday) and the service was amazing! The girl on the headset was friendly, I got my coffee insanely fast—and when I pulled around front to wait for my food, I was there for probably 60 seconds before a manager came out with my order. And then he apologized for the wait! Ha! Kudos to this shift on a job well done🤩

I go here everyday and all of the employees are so thoughtful. I recommend Aiyanna to make your drinks, she's the best! Sumon is the manager and he's exceptional too! Thank you guys for being so kind to me. 🖤

Whoever the older white woman working on 4/27/23 at 5pm is the best employee this location has ever had. She made me the best coffee for being a new hire. I hope she gets the hang of things and management treats her well. She deserves the world!!!! :)

As far as coffee shops go, DD has it down. But, the staff is young and immature. Too much playing around, not enough attention to cleanliness of store. Order is almost always correct.

Love this shop, it's the only place we get our coffee.

I have been to this place several times and I liked it. Employees are polite. Donuts are good.

The owner is amazing. Super nice, delivers to churches over a half hour away. The donuts are fresh and yummy.

I cannot say enough nice things about this location!!! I stop in time to time but recently we went in to grab a couple donuts after my daughter got out of school and the staff was so friendly. They were so patient while she picked out her donut- knowledgeable about their coffee when I asked some questions and smiled the entire time. I also love stopping in the drive thru when I have extra time in the mornings. They warm up and put on just enough cream cheese on my bagels- tea is a little bitter but I just order other drinks now. I always get great service- and I love their prices. They aren't crazy like some other coffee/donut shops.

Moved to Raytown not too long ago and I’ve never honestly had Dunkin Donuts before. WOW I’ve been missing out! The prices are amazing and the coffee is wonderful. The staff is always so friendly and that’s something I really appreciate. Keep up the good work guys! I’ve been coming weekly ever since!

There's no Starbucks in Raytown so I had to find a substitute when I visit. It's growing on me. They make better matcha lattes than Starbucks does, their breakfast sandwiches are superior and it's way faster getting in and out. The only weird thing is that I rarely actually get the donuts I order. I mean, I'm not complaining, necessarily. They may not give me what I thought I wanted but they somehow instead give me what I didn't realize I wanted. Like, I went one time and ordered 6 double chocolate. They gave me 2 of those, a maple long John, a strawberry frosted and 2 chocolate sprinkles. I wasn't even mad.

Love Dunkin. This location is good, but in the afternoon sometimes they run out of the good stuff. The people are nice and do a good job getting me back on the road. Love the donuts and egg sandwiches, but I always come for the coffee. There is no better coffee and the value makes it better.

Coffee is hot and delicious, and they apparently have donuts, too! Tried this place on the way to work a few weeks ago and have been back every week since: I had no idea Dunkin' Donuts coffee was so good!

Everything is good here. Once, however, I ordered an old-fashioned from the drive-thru and headed to work. I got there, opened my bag, and they had given me a cake donut instead. It was still delicious, but obviously a cake donut isn't going to cut it when you're craving an old-fashioned. Not a big deal, though, and everything else has been perfect.

The employee who took my order was great. He was able to answer any questions I had in drink difference. Loved having friendly service. I ordered an iced macchiato. It was good! I like how affordable it is.

5/5 stars. Very nice employees. Always fast. Drinks on point. Iced Carmel macchiato on point. Glaze donuts- fire. Will return.
