AT&T Store

I came in about 15 min before closing and I figured the Rep would not be very happy. Not at all‼ she was extremely helpful and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I could not have been any happier., I wish I could remember her name.

my customer service was excellent prompt and attentive to my needs. The store manager was more than generous, and everyone was gracious. I usually hate going into the store, but I felt comfortable and relieved that I could take care of my business and be on my way in a timely manner. Thanks, AT&T for your service

Jackie was amazing ! She helped us to get our new phones and watches , shared all the promotions with us so we could get the most for our dollar! And was fast and got us in and out :) and answered every question I had along the way!!!

If you have a chance, I absolutely recommend getting Karen as your representative! She’s awesome, down to earth and truly is there to help! My first rep, I’ll keep names to a minimum actually told me false things which made my experience more complicated than it needed to be. However, Karen killed it (in the best way possible) by making it up with how she treated me. These people, for the most part care and will help. But in my bias opinion, Karen from this store is absolutely AMAZING!

We didn’t even have to wait 30 seconds to be helped. Everything was solved very well, the man who helped us made sure we got the cheapest option to upgrade our phones. I am very satisfied with my visit.

Wow! I hate…hate shopping for new phones and this time it was for my son and wife in the busiest retail abomination in Nampa…during Christmas! Kill me now!

Was not expecting anything other than a miserable experience….until we met the AT&T consultant Stephanie! I have never had such an easy and pleasant experience shopping for a phone in my life! Stephanie was fun, professional and extremely knowledgeable! She was able to guide us through all the options available to us and guided us to phone success!

If you are burdened with having to shop for a phone during the craziest retail event of the year….find Stephanie!

Ivan (nampa marketplace) was amazing. I let him know I was shopping around and gave him my quotes from his competitors. He not only beat his competitors by a mile but was an amazing representative of att so i activated 5 business lines. Thank you for your world class service.

Went to AT&T when our Verizon bill kept going up and they couldn’t/ wouldn’t help us. Made an appointment and sat down with Raul who patiently answered all our questions and covered with us all our options. Very happy with his help. Other family members have been AT&T customers for years. No regrets about switching over. Thankful for all Raul’s help.

Jaime was such a great help today, with setting up a new account and helping us identify fraud on the old account.

Came in today after I just switched service to get some help with my phones and had the pleasure of working with Oscar. I spent 13 years with my last carrier and never received this level of service. Everything was seamless, he was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t rush us out the door because we already had phones in hand and he wasn’t going to gain anything from spending time helping us. Unfortunately, we took a lot of his time but he didn’t mind at all. I’m looking forward to continuing service with AT&T and I’m so thankful for employees that treat us like family!

Great customer service after going to other stores because or phone wouldn’t work we came in and talked to Brenda and Jacky the manager about our troubles and they came up with a solution to get us back up and going today fast!
