Always great customer service. These folks are even attentive well after the sale. I have never been more satisfied than with these folks. Customer satisfaction appears to be their top priority. I have been buying from here for 16 years and will not ever purchase from any other furniture store! Almost forgot. The prices are also very fair and they stand behind what they sell.

After visiting 5 furniture stores and looking at catalogs...Stopped to Direct Factory Furniture and found a unit unit with adjustable shelfs for my odd sized electronic systems. Also found unique coffee tables that no one else carries in stock. Very pleased and will stop again!
