Today I tried on six different pairs of boots three different sizes each. And with every new boot I tried, Lance’s enthusiasm grew increasingly positive. He was determined to help me find the boot that fit me best. And somehow Lance sold me a flashlight after I told him I didn’t need a flashlight. But I’m glad I bought it because it’s a really nice flashlight

Lance was the greatest helping me pick my shoes out and making sure that my shoes fit perfectly. Very appreciative that he made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in! 5 star employee! He needs a big raise.
