Absolutely wonderful employees. Emily especially was amazing, she helped me so much in finding the specific item I was looking for, calling multiple stores for me and putting in so much effort. Thank you so much!

The sales ladies here were great! They offered suggestions and even convinced me to try on a smaller size dress than what I had and they were right. When I couldn't afford to buy one of their items, they gave me suggestions on where to find a similar item that was a little cheaper.

After my search for simple and classic black work trousers left me stuck in a vicious cycle of online buying and returning. I decided to visit the Upper Arlington White House Black Market store. I tried on several sizes and styles with the help of a sales associate, and the manager chimed in with advice on which size to choose. It has been quite a while since I've had an in-person retail experience, and I was delighted by the knowledgeable assistance I received. Plus, the trousers are perfect.

Amazing customer service! I walked in just to look. Grabbed a dress and a skirt. As soon as I had them in my hand, I was offered a dressing room. I kept looking a few minutes. By the time I got to the room, they had picked out three more outfits, a jacket, and had a pair of heels waiting so I could try them on with work shoes. For just walking by, they ended up with me buying a TON. Great work, ladies! I WILL be back!

Rina was fabulous! I was looking for flare jeans and I found some in the correct length. I winded up finding a few cute outfits with Rina’s help. Highly recommend this store and Rina!

A very attentive staff that isn't pushy or pretentious. Makes my wife very comfortable to shop there for her needs.

Friendly, but would have bought a lot more if better customer service.

I was greeted with a slight hello and the associate continued to stay behind the cash wrap and did not talk to me further. The product is nice, but the staff did not seem to care too much that I was in the store even though no one else was shopping at the time.

Went in today casual, brought two employees with me on lunch. We were dressed down. They were young. We all felt uncomfortable as if we were being looked at up and down. Almost as if trying figure out if we could afford to shop there. I just spent $426 on the website to avoid returning yesterday to try on two different dresses and a romper Easton didn’t have my size in. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

So disappointed. WHBM is one of my all time favorite stores, but this location caters exclusively to very small sizes. I guess the rest of us are forced to order online (and pay for returns).
