I ordered online, and it was ready within a couple of hours. I picked up a couple more items in the store. Staff was friendly, helpful, and patient.

The cashier was LOVELY and set me up for emails and discounts (which I love) I was in there for some crafts for my granddaughters who are home sick from school. I appreciated the discount very much. I don't live close by, so I don't get in very often. I just truly treasure the time she took with me.

I got all my Christmas decorations (both DIY and ready to go) here this year, after comparing to other places, and saved A LOT of money!

This store is wonderful. It seems like I'm into a new project every month or so, and Michael's always has what I need. The new store in Union Gap is nice and clean, organized well, and their selection in most departments is plentiful. The only complaint I have is that I'd like to see more yarn, but other than that, it's great.

Love coming here for all creative ideas. They weekly hold a craft session for hands on or demo with a diy bag to take home. The employees are fun, great to talk to and love exploring various ideas on how to create more fun.

My experience was great. I love going into that store I could be there for half A-day and never stop running out of things I want to explore. I wish I had $10000 I could spend their I would have myself a heyday and come home and Create all kinds of beautiful things. I love the clearance rack I have been looking for a small coffee table my place is very very small and I Needed a coffee table that had storage in it and I found the perfect Thing to turn into a coffee table yet is made out of a wicker typeOf material and It has a lid on the top that opens and closes that 1 reason why I simply adore it, it's the perfect size 8 has storage in it and the top has a cushion on it so someone could even sit on the top of it 3 things in one the regular price was $89 I paid $11 I couldn't have been happier I give it the highest rating I had a wonderful experience thank you

I love being able to buy art supplies and craft items at a chain not run by religious extremists!

I always enjoy Michael's. My grandma and I use to go to the old one so I still wander. So much fun!

Every time I'm in this store the employees are very friendly and helpful. The selection is usually pretty good. I was a bit disappointed that the Lemax village pieces were fairly scarce but that could have been any Michaels store at any given point.

Amber Hipp was a very helpful and knowledgeable employee! Great experience with all!
