Beer picture is a GF American Style IPA (21A) made with base pale millet and buckwheat, specialty grains goldfinch millet and flaked quinoa (for body), hops cascade and ella with citra whirlpool. Mangrove jack M66. OG 1.068 and finished at 7.4% (228 calories/12oz; 68% brewhouse efficiency, measured attenuation of 81.5%). Cheers

I recently purchased the lime lager extract kit and was amazed when the package arrived how well it was packaged. When I opened up the recipe on brew day I found everything I needed properly labeled and packaged for ease of use on brew day, all the way to the grains being prepared in a steep bag!! Instructions where easy to follow and had no problem with a nearly flawless brew day thanks to Gluten Free Home Brewing.

This is the best home brew/ fermentation shop around. They are always willing to answer any questions or look up any information. With there help and the wide assortment of gluten-free malts they have I have been able to learn how to brew beer that is so good that my non- gluten free friends cant tell it not barley. They also have a wide assortment of other ferment/homemaking foods like wine, mead, kombucha, cheese, and coffee.

Great website, nice to be able to find specific gluten free grains and ingredients. Website could use a bit of an update, would be nice to have a search bar on the home page instead of having to go to the Store drop down every time! But overall great!

If you're a homebrewer that was diagnosed with celiac disease and you think your brewing life is over, this place will save you. You can do it, and Brian and Alissa are here to help you. And don't think them being on the West coast will stop them. I'm on the East coast and order from them regularly.

Just brewed an IPA , and Belgian trippel that are as good as any barley based product I have ever had and that includes Russian River beers and true Belgians. I found GFHB when I needed just a few basic supplies and my hometown brew supply store was low on stock. For a scene that can sometimes be pretentious, the owners/staff are always so genuinely friendly and interested in your brewing activity.
