this review is for the Deli counter. the store itself is your typical health-food store (think wealthy almond moms and ‘hippies’) no complaints. the Deli, however, is phenomenal. lots of healthy options at reasonable prices. the parking lot can be a bit tight but it’s easier to get to than a lot of places off Nassau. gigantic shoutout to everyone working the Deli!!

Fantastic food and come for lunch! SUPER delicious vegan/vegetarian options and easily better than any options in Princeton. And not over priced either as it’s part of a grocery store (no rent, utilities, staff overhead)

Been a long time since I visited this place and little has changed. Still great. Easy parking behind store. It’s big so can be a little overwhelming. Lots of fresh and prepackaged items. Grabbed pumpkin seeds and almonds with my own containers. It helps if you mark your items for checkout but my soft cloth bags didn’t do well with the marker supplied.

I would like to express how much I enjoyed your vegetable 🥕 “bunny soup” which was so very delicious and perfect for warming up on a rainy January day. I also very much enjoyed your kale salad. It was absolutely wonderful!

All I can say is try their kale salad.

The store is well laid out and clean. They have regular commercially packaged goods as well as excellent produce and products they make themselves. Again, try the kale salad.

Really great place here. They have array of quality, clean food and a little deli that also serves premade or made to order food. Had a killer black bean burger and the kids had a quesadilla with lots of good veggies. After we left I called and asked for the ingredients and they totally helped me out. Five stars for sure.

I have been enjoying the whole earth store since the seventies.
Everyone should eat a colby sandwich at least once in their life! Great quality, fair prices.

The best place for fresh, organic vegetables and fruit.
The vegetarian deli is really great.
Bakery has fresh breads, scones, cookies etc, selection including vegan.
Good selection of general food supplies,
Small area with tables outside.
Nice staff. Good store policies. Senior discount.
I travel an hour (moved to South Jersey) at least once a month, they are so worth it.

We just discovered this organic grocery store a week ago! It’s in walking distance from Princeton downtown. We got really fresh chicken and vegetables. All tasted very good! We will definitely come back.

This is always a great store for health minded people who want great produce at a good price. The veggies are extremely fresh and last longer than veggies at any other store. They have a large variety and every kind of veg you could want. We live shopping here and it saves a lot on our produce shopping bill. They also have lots of packaged items. Probably every item you would want to buy for a healthy pantry. And since covid, all of their former bulk items and now packaged for safety.

I have many good things to say about this market and for sure will be writing another 5 star review on everything I love about this market.
For this review I am writing is on the fresh prepared food section.
Each day they have a delicious selection of prepared foods.
My absolute favorite being their “Famous Kale Salad!” The Best!
Next I absolutely love their chickpea spinach salad! Amazing eaten alone but also delicious added to a stir fry or eaten with brown rice or quinoa!
Today 4/21/22, I tried for the first time their Thai salad! Omg! Soooo good! This is one of the best salads I’ve ever eaten! I hope this salad is offered more often!

Highest quality all organic produce around. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic selection of bulk items. Bakery items far surpasses the quality and freshness of Whole Foods.

2022 Update: Whole Earth Center is still the best healthy grocery in Central Jersey. They carry a wide range of specialty products, everything from gluten free vegan brownies to superfood coffee creamers. The bulk section has the best and freshest selection of grains, nuts, and legumes.

Recently, they started carrying some specialty produce too. I have gotten mamey sapote and fresh jujube there. As always, the fruit and produce is fantastic.

Not a chain, but totally legit. You feel good shopping there, supporting local, organic, small business, cooperative values. And the quality and selection is fantastic. In fact several products I could no longer get in WF or Shoprite I AM able to find at Whole Earth Center. Go there, it's good for the soul and the earth

Great place for groceries, I can find the things I need. It a small store with limited celections and I wish it was bigger with more items to choose from.
Over all I love going there.

Great organic supermarket with a bakery. I enjoyed the customer service, Kombucha on the tap and the various bakery items. It reminded me of the origins of Whole Foods. They also have a good selection of organic cold brewed teas.

They carry items that I have not been able to find in other places. Love the variety. I go out of my way to shop here. Found 3 new GF products that are delicious. They sell the good brands of vegan cheeses.
