Was in there today. I had some issues with my tank which David and Brandon were able to help with. Really knowledgeable when it came to my vape kit even though it was an older model. If you go here, definitely ask for either of them, they will take care of you!

I love this place. The people that work there are great!! They know there stuff and are always friendly and ready to help. They usually have lower prices then the majority of other smoke/vape shops. Been going to Billow & Blaze for over 15 years and many more to come.

Best smoke shop in the bridgeport/stratford area and beyond. Awesome selection, humidor setting absolutely perfect for storing my stoag at home or smoking right away. Clean, good customer service- the only place brick and mortar I buy cigars from.

If I could add anything to this review it's that they've gotten better. More limited selection, even better customer service if possible, prices are always fair. Second to none.

I come a few times a week to this smoke shop and I absolutely love it. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Dealing with Erika, Hailey or Jeremy are always great. They know what they are doing and talking about. So I will always come back to this smoke shop and do my business here. I recommend this place 100 percent. Bought 5000 puff vape from this shop, vaper start leaking out all over in my pocket days later, this was an issue, but as soon as the ” A” team management staff got knowledge of this, they sprung into action and made it right now it’s all sorted and honestly the prices here are unbeatable 🙌🏼 hands down.

This is my go-to spot for cigars. Cigar variety is above average with a nice selection of limited editions. 2 full size walk in humidors offer one of the best cigar assortments around! Vape and smoking accessories are plentiful too. The staff is especially friendly and knowledgeable... ask for Hailey (she is the best).

Brandon was super helpful narrowing my device search and very knowledgeable in order to meet my specific needs.
