I have used this UPS location on several occasions over the past 6 months and I feel compelled today to comment on the customer service that I experience on every visit. The sales personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always helpful. Outstanding effort from all the staff that needs to be acknowledged!

Every time I go in there they’re very quick they’re very helpful and they handle everything without questions. That’s my go to UPS location

This place is good, the staff is very helpful. They did a great job of helping us for notary services. I recommend going to this location.

I have been going to this location on Fremont Blvd for quite a few years.
I have always received prompt and friendly service. Thank you to Alex, who helped me today. Also to all the rest of the employees! Ive been there during rushed hours, non holidays and holidays, and have watched the employees work with each customer as though they were the only person in the room. Each employee explains things to me, is helpful when I have questions.

Sahil shipped my package. He was the most helpful, kind employee I’ve ever seen in my life. I highly recommend going to him to ship your package

From the moment I entered the store, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and were extremely helpful throughout my visit. This store was clean and COVID cautious.

I've been sending my packages from here for years because it's so convenient and friendly staff. My visit on July 1st was for a Notary. My Chase bank offers free Notary service with checking. However Fremont nor Newark branch has a Notary! After trying my tax preparer office and a CPA near me with no luck, I remembered seeing Notary services sign. Short wait in line and Talia notarized my document efficiently. $15 cost was worth the ease and short drive! I'm a happy customer.

I received prompt service!! Its about 20 mins fromy house but I will now be coming to this location. Mosa went out of his way to help me out with Amazon packages and live scan service!!

I went this store for an Amazon drop off yesterday. Somehow I got a wrong drop off QR code for KOHL. The UPS staffs kindly helped me with applying a QR code for UPS. They are very great people to talked with!
Also I noticed that they add opening hours on Sundays. Wonderful!

Musa is the man . He was so understanding and helpful in regards to having me print out an insurance form . After going through the ordeal on the computer , which I couldn't do , due to me having a 2 step process to access my email , he actually printed out the form for me free of charge . Thank you so much for the excellent customer service .

I've used this UPS to ship many packages and Amazon returns and have had no problem. The customer service is great. Lines are never too long. The the process is quick and easy.

I came in to return a fashionnova package and was completely confused on how to do that. Talia was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do and showing how I could make sure it was received after it was sent. Will definitely make this my new go to for shipping.

The customer service is always great here. And this time I tried to return something and Francisco helped me with genuinely warm-hearted and professional. Really like this place and the people here :)

For dropping off Amazon returns via UPS, this location is fine. They give me a drop off receipt every time. Quick and painless.

I walked in 5 minutes before closing and the ladies working were very friendly and efficient.
