We had a great experience at the Shade Store from start to finish with Angelique. She helped us choose shades for 6 bedroom windows and we are thrilled with our choice and the quality of the shades. Yes, they are pricey, but they fit the windows perfectly, work so smoothly, are completely blackout, and feel like they will last a long, long time. The customer service was fantastic, it was clear Angelique wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchase, and we are. Highly recommend!

From the first time we walked into the Shade Sore to see what options might be available to final install and follow up with sales associate, everything was first class. We were provided with expert advice and ample samples to take home and try in our room. Installer was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. Great experience through and through.
