The young man at the counter was kind of rude to me, and would not repeat what he said so that I could understand him through his rather thick accent. I still do not know what he said to me about the membership into this.

This might be the worst 7 Eleven. I always try to revisit this place hoping it gets better. Every time I try to use my points its like they cancel the transaction and scan my order preventing me from getting my 7Eleven discount ( every single time). I've been trying to use my little 2 bucks off and keep getting denied that. I decided to go to Walnut Creek to buy the same item I was told I couldn't get a discount on and get the 2 bucks off. I would love to give this place a one star but since so many people did so I'll give a 2 because the guy is learning English. Props on you trying to do that. I still have a ton of discounts left hopefully next time I come in I'll be able to use it. When I'm able to do that I will edit my review to higher stars 3-4

This time went to purchase Ca Lottery Powerball in addition to other item. I kept the ticket. Ticket clearly states my desire to Play 3. Did not select 6 Draws. I believe the clerk punched in. Not an issue w the money spent, but more with the customer service. "nothing I can do" the machine did it. Take it up with the lottery office. Yeah not going to do that. A $12 dollar ticket ended up being $36. I paid and left. Can buy my tobacco products elsewhere.

Staff friendly, all drink machines broken

Went in and used their ATM and it gave me a ripped $20. When I took it to the cashier he said they couldn't accept the 20. When I told him his machine gave it to me that way he said it was not his problem. Guy was a complete jerk and I am out 20 and now have to jump thru hoops and file a claim. Will never go there again because of the staff worker. Go to the 7-11 on Boulevard in WC Saranap area, those staff guys are the best.

The night shift dude is very rude and unfriendly. Always on his phone and paying 0 attention to customers. Have to wait for him to finish unpacking stuff until he sloooowly uproaches the register to serve the customer. This time it's 1:20am and the store is locked altogether

a few day ago Tuesday July 27 2020 .. I walked into this store and saw a line at register so I decided be cause of Covid situation going on to walk around towards the to get in line rather than walk in such close proximity to other customers. when I finally get in line to counter the store cashier on duty tells me he thinks I stole a Red Bull from the store just now and that he was going to run the cameras back and that IF
he sees that I have stolen from the store that he did not want me to come back!!! 🤷🏽‍♀ I was shocked and felt like what the hell is he talking about!!?? I have been shopping at that 711 for 10 years . I certainly did not steal a Red Bull!!
this guy I will mention is a middle age Indian man who works in the evenings and I feel it was only because I am African American that he feels that I was stealing from this store !!
I am very insulted and want to say this is discrimination and he is putting this store at risk for law suit!! you must be sure a person is stealing before telling them not to come back!! very insulting!! I will be contacting the owners!! this is not except-able!! .

This kid on the register so Rude practicly throwing my food on the counter, asked for my receipt and he will answer WHAT DO YOU NEED THE RECEIPT FOR? Like really? And actually prices are higher than the other 7-Elevens around is that why they don't like to give you receipts?

Really bad service, specially the young guy at the counter, always bad attitude, never gives the exact change always short ….
Not good at all.
