@KatrinaRenee I'm that blonde girl also not a teenager. Also do you even know what I did there? Or your just so bored you like to write a review on someone you don't know? Have you ever had to work with teenagers? And god awful rude people? If not consider yourself lucky! And also my job was very stressful you think the store just set itself up like that overnight?

I love the store most of their items are good prices and fit well and stuff but my one problem is that there isn’t enough room to walk in in the isles and the music is a little loud and some of their shirts are a weird thin fabric(a little see threw) that isn’t stretchy... but I love most of there stuff so it’s all good 👌

Pretty disappointed in Tillys recently. The staff is very rude and not friendly at all. Half the time i go in they don't even greet me. I've heard a lot of things about the manager being rude, a younger teenage girl with blonde/brown hair was VERY rude and tried to act like she had such a hard job, and a girl with facial piercings, brown curly hair was very rude to me my last experience. They're working retail they need to learn to be friendly or they will continue to lose sales.

I recently ordered a pair of vans online and decided to pick it up from this establishment. This was the nearest Tillys from me and had to drive a distance to get there. The shoes was bought on my friends card because i didn’t have a card at the time. My friend called the establishment even telling them that a friend is picking up the shoes. When I arrived with the email and proof of purchase they refused because I wasn’t the card holder. I asked my friend to send me their id to show even more proof. They we’re still reluctant and had a bad attitude. Mostly I don’t like commenting reviews unless the place was extremely good or terrible. This would be my last time shopping at Tillys due to the treatment I was shown. I tried to be calm during the situation but felt I was being attacked and outnumbered.

I think tillys is a wonderful store to shop at, but I will say the items there are very pricy depending on what they are. But, I had one encounter at tilly’s not to long ago when I was shopping with my friend. When we tried to check out and pay for our things, one of the staff ( was a female, very thin, had curly black hair in a pony tail, she had a nose piercing, and I recall her having a light tan skin shade.) She kept asking for the EXACT amount of what we were supposed to pay, and would refuse to take anything else other than the specific payment. My friend had wanted to purchase a shirt that cost around 11-12$ and she had given in a 50. The cashier kept refusing to take the money, therefore my friend had to put back the top and was not able to make her purchase. I, on the other hand had made my purchase but it seemed as if she thought I was not keeping track of how much money I was spending and kept asking for more. I think I paid 20$ more than I had to. If you could contact me that would be great, but as of right now I am NOT EVER recommending this store to customers.

I always buy at this store ,but today I was really disappointed . the kid (dayle) who help me out at the register he was really nice and helpful I ask him to show me a couple backpacks , I noticed this guy staring at me (it was the manager) but I was not sure about which one to get so wen the kid(dayle) was telling me more about the backpacks , the manager who was almost next to him,told him on really low voice this ,!don’t explain him anything (on a really bad way) When I hear that I look at the manager,and he just walk away!! So the kid didn’t now what to do so he told the Other cashier i really wanna cry ! I only buy the backpack and the stuff I had ,because I don’t want to make the kid (dayle) feel worst . I think the name of the manager was derik he was on his 20! I give 5 stars to the kid (dayle) and I think they should look for another manager!!

Very bad customer service

I was there three weeks ago..I get a miss me jeans.I was paid and everything they forgot to remove the security plastic..I noticed right away..and I told them...but the manager was so rude to me..and dont know her name...but shes a light brown color...curly hair..5.4..and around 140 pounds....and wants me to show to them the receipt..and of course I have the receipt with me..I just paid 3 minutes ago...she make me feel so bad...honestly I will never back there....bad experience for me
