Jacksons Food Store

I was very pleased with the service I was provided at this Jackson's! Everyone went out of their way to help me find special items I was looking for. I am from out of town and of course forgot to bring a few things in my suitcase. They helped me get the pump working to get gas for my car( I am an over 55 retired grandmother). I did notice that the propane was not available after 5:30 pm and I think that was very smart of them to do that. Who wants to go out there in the dark when it is far removed from the store. Could be a safety and security issue. Next time I am in Nampa I will return there if only to say "Hello" Thank you Ana, Pylo? and Kristen. There were several other there, but I don't know their names. Cudos to all!

Because of this stores strict no-shoplifting policies, I was almost ready to give 1 star, but after excellent hands on GUEST service from scott I am pleased with my service and will come back! ☺😊

The employees are super helpful and nice but also they got the BEST bananas in town!

Nice clean convenience store with a wide verity of snacks, milk products, etc, etc.
FYI, It gets pretty busy in the mornings and evenings and the parking can be tricky with so many vehicles coming in and out.

So they miss treat there employees for one one of their employees had a family medical emergency because his son had smashed his head in instead of letting him go to rush to be with his 3 year old child the manager made him find coverage for the rest of his shift so she didn't have to. Oh and please be advised the manager at this location times customers when they are in the bathroom and also the employees as well.

When a customer asks to have something cancelled, that they'll go elsewhere; don't tell them no and hold their money like Pily did to me.
And making a complaint with the manager did nothing and she felt everything was right. If you get the wrong cigarettes after being told what kind to start, and you HAVE to get corrected and go back to grab the RIGHT ones; you did the same with gas but didn't want to own up or even show ME the cameras. But $6 hurts to come out of your pocket for your screw up? And it's that hard to prove your "innocence"? Hope that $35 feels extra heavy in that till, when I NEVER even put the gas in and said several times to CANCEL it

We went to get propane and they wouldn’t fill our tank because it was after dark. 5:30 pm. So disappointed with Jackson’s.

Location went downhill when Jacksons took over and lowered their hiring standards.
