Good market place with multiple sections such as bakery, eatery, seafood section, meet section, fresh vegetables and fruits section, spices, condiments and more.

One stop store. There are specialized utensils available too. Friendly staff, quick service and clean market. Plenty of parking available.

We wanted crab for preTG meal!
They had plenty of them.

This is clean new store opened in the intersection of mission Blvd and warm springs.

This is opened where Ross store use to be …opposite to Safeway and cvs.

You get wide variety of Asian specialty.

I went there to see if they have custard apple … it was not there but did see other tropical fruits 🥭 and vegetables 🥦 .

Amply parking space is available. I would defiantly visit again.

Fremont location is awesome as they have a few hot food options inside as well as a boba spot... the store is smaller than the others I've been to, but this location has more hot and ready food options

Very well maintained, such a big section of all kinds of groceries and they have separate produce, meat section,live sea food section.
On the other part they have bakery and food court inside only.

Awesome experience. Fishes are cut and sized as per the customer's requirement. Love their friendly behavior.

Great bar, sweet happy hour deals and drinks. Came here for a very popular niners game with so many TVs to watch

Nicest 99 ranch I have ever been to. So nice and bright and spacious.

Well organized" clean, shelves stocked, friendly people. Parking can get full during the weekends. Bakery is good, but not the same level as 85 degrees. Large fresh meat and vegetable selection as well as asian snacks and candies.

My first time in this place and my guy friend in the picture brought me here. Variety of good cuisine food and I'm happy I came along It was satisfying.

Love the food court and the variety of Asian veggies

Lots of great food choices in their canteen area. Big fan of the donburi bowls they have (katsu don 🤤) and the shilin pepper mushrooms. The store itself has a great selection of various asian cuisine, snacks, food, etc. There was a bunch of ready made food and fresh produce as well.

Wow this is the nicest 99 Ranch market I’ve ever seen this place is amazing. It’s relatively new I think first time here but apparently it’s the new layout that the company is trying to roll with super clean. No stinky fish section everything is so nice and orderly food court is the new business model court eat up several outside vendors have stands here you can get bento Ramen there’s a bar super cool, food court nachos, ranch 99 food but outside vendors selling all kinds of stuff. This is the best ranch to go to guys down in the Southbay by Milpitas. You got a check it out I got to come back to the food court on the weekends. It looks like it’s going to be jamming. Oh, there’s a bar tons of food super clean you guys. Got a check it out.

Amazing store. It has all sorts of Asian food items from korean to Japanese to Indian.

Nice! Big and spacious, clean and has several restaurants inside. One of the restaurants is excellent Chicken Meets Rice. Great to have a CMR in Fremont, no need to go all the way to Santa Clara.
