It's not the store. It's the people that make things happened in a reasonable time and their patience with our frustration. When something happens to our phone, they were amazing helping out. To get us our phone's back in service.

Joshua really really nice and helpful , assisted with my iPhone set up and transferring my data.

We stopped by target and got an offer from Vanessa but she lied to us about the deal and gave us a lot trouble. We came to the store and Jude helped us out and tried his best to fix the problem when he didnt even the one gave us the problem. Great energy and bubbly personality. Recommend to anyone looking for a new contract/phone.

I have had several people wait on me since December, this time I had Alexis assist me, she was fantastic!! Explained bill charges and helped me with everything. By the way I am 84 years old. I was so pleased I am upgrading my phone. She was very friendly and courteous. The world needs more Alexis’s.

Went in this morning to upgrade my phone, and was helped by Marvin who is the best! He was very nice and informed me of all my options and additional add-ons/other services without being too pushy. He helped me choose which phone to get and transferred all my data from my old phone to my new one. Truly seems like a nice guy who just likes helping people. Definitely recommended his help!

This is the one and only AT&T store I will go to! Service has been top notch every visit. My last visit in particular, I was greeted and helped by Alex A. He is phenomenal! He went out of his way and really went above and beyond to assist me in numerous tasks. I asked him to look into my account and see if there was any way to further lower my monthly bill, and if not then to see if I would be eligible for a new phone where I'd be paying roughly the same amount. He did just that! My father and I took home (2) brand new iPhone 13 Pros with our older trade-ins and our monthly bill remains roughly the same after credits. Alex was so great that I brought my wife in to do the same thing on her and her parent's plan! Give this man a raise/promotion because he definitely deserves one! He is very thorough and patient and has a way with customer service.

Good. Short staffed but the guy that's running it works hard.

I am in Bella Tera Store branch and I have a problem with my Bill. I have met Gabe the manager of the Store and Mike the rep in the same branch. They are helping me to fix the issue and explain the issue for Loyalty department.
The great about them is that they deal with the problem like it is their's. And they treat as like family.
This is not the first Time for Mike the rep to help us and find support from his manager.
I really appreciate them and this what makes AT&T unique.

So I had gone to another branch and been turned away because they had no SIM cards. I showed up with just a few minutes before they closed. I was greeted instantly. They activated my device and presented me with other options that would save me more money. The representative was helpful, friendly, and they stayed 20 minutes after they closed to make sure my device was working properly. What a difference a 20 minute drive makes.

I’ve been to this store a number of times now and have always had the best service. I’m very technologically challenged. Joshua & Jessica have always had the patience to answer all my questions and help me fix my phone.

Very pleased with the service at this shop. I was very frustrated with AT&T as I could not get a response from anyone on line and the company made it difficult -- I walked in and they were busy -- however greeted me and let me know they would be right with me -- they did come over and help, resolved what I needed, and even helped me with the process of setting up service.

I am really impressed with the conversations, and just how well Alex knew his information, but most of all -- everyone was involved if there was a question outside the box. The assistant manager came over and helped -- and also there was another man there with a military name tag -- he did not come over and talk as he was helping other people in the shop, but thought it was a great gesture to know that you are hiring retired military.

Everyone was so polished and comforting to talk too that I will be back if I have an issue. AT&T really needs to looks at these shops as they are the ones that keep me with the product, nothing else -- I would opt in for having my phones with the brand -- however to answer a simple question after you leave the shop is nearly impossible to receive over the phone or website -- everything is outsourced, and you can tell -- the people on the other end are clueless. The stores make it so much better, and this one on Bella Terra is top notch --

Great staff. For my parents phones there. Alex helped us out. He was wonderful, attentive and spent the time to migrate their plans and made it very smooth. He is well trained and the other employees are all welcoming. Highly recommend

I visited the AT&T Edinger location and was assisted by Branden. He did such a great job helping me with the process of upgrading my phone and explaining any questions I had with the changes that I was making to our family plan. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this location and going to him with all your phone needs. He provides exceptional customer service.

Came into AT&T to get a million things done (new phone, new and additional account)... Omid was phenomenal. We told him what we needed and he got everything done with amazing customer service. I am not the best at technology and he assisted with setting up the new phones and transferring information. During the whole process, he kept us updated and was very straight forward. During our visit he explained everything thoroughly and guided us on how to use the new phones with no “home button”. Highly recommend the Bella Terra AT&T store, especially having Omid help you out.

Manage a business plan and have been here multiple times changing over devices for multiple users. Gabe, Iviz, Joshua and Alex have all been extremely helpful suggesting cost savings and getting us the best tech. Definitely seems like the crew here has greatly improved over the past few years.

My phone was stolen and I went to this location for a new phone. Gabe was so nice and really knowledgeable. He was able to do everything for me. It's stressful enough when you loose your phone and it's just so refreshing to have an employee that knows what they're doing. Everyone there was personable and fun. Thank you Gabe.
