This shop was great! I flew in last week and realized I'd left my own vape in my car back in Portland. I had an appointment across town and the young woman working that day was so great, super fast, and checked to make sure I had a charge on my new vape before I headed out again. Thanks so much, you really helped me out at a stressful moment.

I’ve become a regular customer to this smoke shop just because the customer service is so unmatched. Evan has helped me out multiple times, and each time I leave in a better mood than I was in when I came into the store. He remembered my preferences and even had new recommendations ready for me when I walked in. His energy literally makes this shop. All smoke shops have variety; but not all of them have employees like Evan.

Serina is a breath of fresh air here in the financial district. You run into a lot of smug people who are to busy with the hustle and bustle, to be human. Serina guest service made me feel like a guest in her home not a customer at a store definitely an asset to this area! Product knowledge and very approachable I will definitely return with friends!
