The UPS Store

Have a post box here and it's fabulous and always a bright spot in my day when I come to retrieve my mail. This is a perfect one stop shop for any mail and copy service plus they have a Notary for a nominal fee. They also sell stamps and you can drop your outgoing mail here too. Come in and check it out for yourself. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for 9 years and have never been disappointed with Jack and his team. To the contrary. They are good people, personable, enjoyable, and truly care about what they do. Their prices are reasonable especially considering the often outrageous fees shipping companies now charge (which Jack has zero control over.)

Someone complained that they charge "way too much for USPS", but you have the option to go to the Post Office and wait in those long lines if you prefer.

Jack has also many times helped me load packages into the back of my truck. There are friendly and always helpful and I highly recommend them. I intend on remaining a customer for a long time to come.

The UPS Store is a great service to have in Castaic. Offering packing and shipping, notary and mail services. They are located at 31858 Castaic Road.

I love this UPS store. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is excellent. They often have packages from my box ready for me to pick up as soon as I walk through the door. They are truly a great asset to the Castaic community.

Quick and easy, no problems whatsoever. Employees were nice as well.

The service is always good. But, there were 13 people in that little area. It was impossible to keep social distancing and no one asked customers to wait outside. Several customers had masks off or partially in.

These folks Jack and Debbie are an asset I hope no one ever takes advantage of. Hardworking, Helpful and Professional.

Mine was not a good experience, I was waiting for service when one person in front of me left and an elderly lady walked in and recieved attention at once. she was about 5'ft 3" 130 lbs short gray hair, probably a regular coustomer. she drove a red dodge pickup. I think she was a friend or relative to an employee. I think that People ought to be more observant of their customers. I left and went to fedex.

Nice people but very very slow. And they charge way too much to mail via USPS.

The owners are extremely rude to people and perhaps they feel they can be rude to people because they own the location. They make mistakes then call people names for their mistakes. It costs nothing just to say sorry and thank you. They should practice being more humble. If anyone feels that their day is brightened by this location pretend you made a mistake and ask for help. See how fast they change tunes.
