Cafe Bizou

Have dined at Bizou many times over the years. It has been a long time since I’d last been here but the food and service were still up to parr with the same great servers and staff as I remembered. Food was great ; hot bread with the most amazing butter outside of France, and s $4 salad to start with a lovely light honey Dijon dressing… and corkage fee still only $2! Great outdoor covered seating with heating lamps and fairy lights to create the mood. A must do when you are in The area! We had lamb chops, and two orders of steak frittes (I got mashed potatoes instead of frites,) and one NY steak with fries- fries were slightly overcooked do they brought us s new order at no charge.

If you haven’t eaten here you’re missing out. One of the best values in all of the restaurants I’ve been too. $2 wine corkage and a pri fix 3 course menu under $40. But they ain’t messing around. Everything comes out hot and fresh. Great for a date or a big dinner. Get the steak frites if you are a steak lover. Steaks are not thick so probably go with med rare. Enjoy

Philippe Gris is amazing!!! Great value. Wonderful ambiance. Could get noisy pending on where you sit. You can bring your own wine, with corking fee.

We ordered a variety of dishes. Presentation on each one was on point. Each dish tasted amazing - just enough spice/sauce to make the flavors compliment each other.
The desserts were amazing. We shared 4 desserts. All had just the right amount of sweetness.

This is seriously a hidden gem in Agoura Hills! Food is fantastic, service is top notch, and the ambiance is cozy and romantic whether you sit inside or out on the patio. The prices are shocking - you’d think it would be pricey for what you get, but it’s so reasonable!! I tried the bruschetta, potato leek soup, two dollar salad, beef bourguignon, tiramisu and cappuccino, and all were delicious! This is the perfect spot for a date night or special occasion. Highly recommend!

I am a long time customer since the days in Sherman Oaks. I have never have an experience I did not enjoy. On arrival, you are greeted as family, with respect and with the feeling that your presence is important to the business. The food is delicious, the desserts are amazing and the ambience is unique. Dimmed lights, background soft music and modest corkage fee. The best part of if is when the check arrives. After all that indulgence you never feel that you broke the bank, regardless of how much food you had. Experiencing Cafe Bizou it’s a must! I am about to reserve a table for dinner as it made me crave their juicy steak with fries and green beans while writing this review.

Have been frequenting this place for 25 years and its great French food at affordable prices. Husband and wife run it. Lobster bisque is to die for. Also an amazing $2 corkage fee which is kinda unheard of in this day and age.

I think this restaurant is one of the Valley's hidden gems. My wife and I just visited for the second time, and both occasions were wonderful experiences. The atmosphere is inviting, comfortable, and romantic. The staff are cordial, helpful, and gracious. The cuisine is delicious, classic French country food. Pictures include beef wellington, beef bourguignon, tuna tartar, and wild mushroom soup, all of which were delicious. We especially liked, and recommend the beef bourguignon! Not pictured, but enjoyed, was the escargot. Desserts include a delightful bread pudding and a couple other items that didn't really get noticed after we saw that they had bread pudding. 😁 This is one of our new favorites, with a very reasonable price tag. Highly recommended.

We’ve been to Bizoua few times. Many restaurants have compromised their quality and/or quantity due to inflation or whatever, but Bizou doesn’t. That’s one of the main reasons why the more we go, the more we like it!
Reservation is highly recommended or you may have to wait for another time.

First of all the bartender makes excellent cocktails. Try the peartini it’s delicious. The restaurant is a hidden gem in Agoura Hills. Every entree I have tried was cooked to perfection. I like their lamb chops, salmon and halibut. If you go early they have a fix price menu for $20. They also have a low corkage charge for only two dollars. This is a must try restaurant. Make reservations before you go.

Every neighborhood should have a cozy bistro like Bizou. Tasty well-prepared food, especially the boeuf bourguignon and the bread pudding. Warm, attentive service from the male host to buspersons, to our amiable server Matthew. Lovely ambience outdoors with plants and pretty lighting. Indoor environment looks cozy and intimate. Can’t wait to return for more!

Had a great Mother’s Day lunch with my son. Everything was delicious as always and Service was great .

Simply the finest restaurant in the area. Quality menu and the food lives up to expectations. Service was amazing and extremely professional. Wine list is small but but a good selection. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Had never been there...after eating there I can't believe it was only the first time. Not only was the food beyond great it was actually served hot...what a concept huh? It may sound funny but the Ceasars salad was killer. The restaurant is worth every dollar spent...GO THERE!

Wonderful dining experience. Great martinis. Great selection of solid food choices. They have everything one can want! Philippe does a fantastic job running the joint.

DELICIOUS. Parmesan Alaskan Sanbads (fish) dish was incredible. The mashed potatoes, veggies and sauce were perfectly cooked and went well with the fish. My family said the salmon dish was amazing as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The lobster bisque had a ton of lobster in it and was very tasty. We got the 3 course Prix Fixed menu. We had 3 desserts between us...bread pudding, tiramasu and flourless chocolate cake....all FABULOUS!! Everything was perfect. Go!!

We were guest of a good friend. If I can give more stars beyond 5 for service I would.

This resturant is literally a second home to me. My roommate and I come here about once a week. We love each and every person who runs this lovely establishment. I highly recommend the creme brûlée, stuffed mushrooms, flourless chocolate cake, truffle fries, and honestly, everything else on the menu as well. Matthew is the most amazing server! Come here if you want a classy yet home-like atmosphere. I absolutely love Café 💋!
