These people are all soooo nice. I was holding a baby in my carrier and 2 large packages and struggling to get through the door and a young man employee came right over to assist me and put the packages down and assured us they would be right with us. So sweet, especially during this busy holiday season. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the young lady with the glasses has always been so efficient and kind!

I drive an extra 15 minutes passing at least 3 other UPS stores (including the one down the street from my shop) to come to this one. I'm not sure if he's the owner or part of the family that owns it; but "Pio" has gone above and beyond expectations everytime I'm there.

All the staff whether on the phone or in person are friendly and doesn't give a vibe like they hate working there like other stores I've been to. It's worth the extra drive for me. Prices are fair and consistent. He also reminded me that they also offer AAA discounts!

I am not tech savvy. The attention and help I received was so polite. I had a couple of different services copies, printing, notarizing, and mail. All employees were wonderful.

The manager is so nice, she kept my mail for me even after my PO box was closed and even helped me with photocopying and faxing. Staff is also very helpful.
