Great business. I prepaid multiple years for a mailbox. But then they decided to move locations, and the new location will not work for my business. They have a no refund policy, but the owner was very understanding and provided me a pro-rated refund. If I find myself in need of the services of a UPS store in the future I will not hesitate to go here.

Bonnie was the most helpful person I've done business with in a long time! She helped me keep track of a package I sent to China and she ended up saving it from getting disposed of when the recipient would not respond to attempts to arrange for a signature confirmation of its delivery. She then helped arrange to have it sent back to me when it became obvious the recipient was not going to accept it. This package would have been lost had she not made several calls to check on it. She didn't have to do this, but went the extra mile and saved me a ton of money because of it. If you have a package you are worried about sending, no one will give you a better chance of a positive outcome than Bonnie!

Cass, Cassie and Sarah were all very helpful and went the extra mile for a package that was squished a little. Love this place. Quick in and out. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I shipped off an item yesterday that was quite expensive and they reassured me that Not only would it get to my destination in 2 days it would be wrapped quite well and boxed up tight so that no damage could happen to it. The price was exactly what I thought it would be and the experience was nice because the ladies I spoke to were efficient, knowledgeable and fast! Another man was there with a fragile item and he watched her wrap it up like a bubble wrapped baby. She was cheerful and worked hard toward customer satisfaction.

I ship original fine art all over the country, and the customer service, quality of work and reliability is excellent. I fully trust the employees of this store to pack and prepare my shipments, mark them properly, and get them to my collectors on time and in perfect condition. I've never been disappointed. Thank You!

I’m not one to leave reviews but the help I received here goes above and beyond!!! First I went to local USPS and was treated like I was an issue and the price not only for shipping but packaging was crazy, that’s how I ended up at Hayden UPS. I was greeted by a sweet lady named Bonnie “ come here hun, let me help you” . She took what I was shipping found the box for perfect fit and said it’d be there tomorrow ( she said she’d pack for me) all for under $20.00. Thank you so much for great customer service.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I can’t even begin to describe how incredible my service was there today! I had purchased a ride on truck for my son and I had to return it but of course I threw away the box. I went to fed ex cause that’s who the return label was through, they told me to try the fed ex office store on Appleway because they didn’t have a box that big and they couldn’t help me. So drove to the other store and was greeted by a rude man that didn’t care about customer service at all and was “TOLD” to go see by a lady in the back if we could do something for me. Open the back of my car and took one look and said we can’t help you, try uhaul! He then walks away and doesn’t say anything else. Great service! As I was thinking on what to do and if uhaul was a good idea or not, I decided to try UPS and see if they had any ideas. I was concerned they wouldn’t help cause it was a fed ex label, boy was I mistaken! I was greeted by Bonnie and told her my situation and she took my problem and ran with it! I couldn’t believe the service she gave me. I haven’t had that type of care for someone in the customer service field in a long time! I was honestly blown away. She packed everything up for me and it was flawless! I can’t thank you enough and how you made my day! Thanks again Bonnie, the world needs more people like you!!!!

Rebekah & Bonnie as well as the entire staff are the best. I sell vintage bicycles from ebay and UPS store is my go to shipper. I feel like Norm from the show Cheers, they always have smiles & go out of there way to help. This is what service should be and a model for any retail store to follow. I've been there twice this week.

First time... I was at wrong business, but lady (wish I remembered her name) was VERY kind and helped me anyway....

Second time ..was tonight, again I was having issues with shipping label.

Cassidy was so helpful, patient and kind, as she helped us get a our shipping label.

What a wonderful experience, from entering into the store, someone greeted me, took my Amazon return, packaged, sent an email to their front desk (Rebeccah, owner) for label, and mailed to Amazon.

I don’t usually leave reviews. Amazing customer service! Clerk helped me save over $100 on shipping, even repackaged my items for me. Went above and beyond what is expected. Top notch will definitely use again.

Everyone here was super friendly. I needed to have a few packages delivered while passing through town and had them sent here after calling to confirm it was ok. Just an FYI, they will only accept UPS packages if you don’t have a mailbox.

Bonnie goes the extra mile on everything that you bring in. No matter how busy the store is, she always acknowledges you when you come in and makes you feel important. She is a great asset to this store and I just wanted to do a shout out to her!!! Thanks Bonnie

Josh was super helpful. It was an Amazon return and I didn’t know what I was doing and he got it all taken care of.

Every time I have come in here everyone has been so friendly and helpful!! Whether it is a Amazon return or me trying to mail a odd shaped package, I have always had a great experience.

Breanna is rude. I went in a week ago & she notarized paperwork for me then scanned & emailed documents (business never received papers. I had to go to a different ups store and resend. Today I needed to mail keys and she didnt update my address & preceded to tell me it wasn't important.
