AT&T Store

Tyler and Alyssa helped me out today with my complicated questions over the phone about a new I Pad, and were more than accommodating and friendly. Before I arrived they set up the sale and got there ducks In a row for me. This was my fastest in and out experience in the phone industry EVER! Thanks Hayden AT&T. Yall have your stuff together.

Gregory quickly diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. He was polite, kind, patient and very efficient. A great employee and represented AT&T very well.

Lily was the lady taking care of us and she was amazing!! Helped me and my mom with all of our questions and more. Super positive and happy. I usually have a good experience at this store in Hayden Idaho but this was the best experience. She did a great job.

Great store!! Helped me so much. I had two horrible experiences at the ironwood location and as a last resort figured I would come here and Elijah helped me and made a problem that according to the Ironwood store “couldn’t be solved” (after only trying for two minutes) fixed in less then 5 minutes. Elijah knew I was frustrated and at no point did he make me feel unjustified in it. I can not recommend this store enough, (mostly Elijah) it is completely out of my way but will only come here from now on.

We both, wife and I bought new iPhones and we worked primarily with Elijah for our phones and Millie assisted with our accessories. Both were amazing.
In 30 years of cell phone use this was my least painful and most enjoyable experience.
Take care of these two employees, they are gems and worthy of recognition.

Alyssa greeted me at the door and she accomplished my issue in under a few minutes. she gave me a receipt for my full trade-in phone and assured me that the phone was sufficient to merit the full $1,000. trade in promotional value. I always found great service at any AT&T corporate or retail store. They could ALWAYS resolve my issue in minutes and alway provided accurate and reliable advice.

Dominic and Brian were also very knowledgeable and helpful. All employees were very professional and extremely polite and efficient. This is a top-tier retail franchise; I highly recommend.

We witnessed an absolutely horrible and rude lady last night (Brandy the b!tch)that left a bad review for these amazing ladies even though it wasn’t their fault and was a separate billing issue.
We came in to get my son a phone and because of the amazing service we had I came back in today to get a new one for myself.
Stop treating sales associates poorly for no reason!
Alyssa even offered to go to another store in her personal car to get the phone I wanted.

Staff worked hard to find a screen protector for my iPhone 11. They did not have one on hand, but figured out that one for an iPhone 12 would fit and promptly put it on.

Elijah who helped me upgrade my iPhone was over all super sweet, knowledgable and efficient, he was awesome with my younger kids who were with me.
Overall just an easy amazing experience and would definitely refer people to go see him

Lily at AT&T Hayden is super cool and loves her job. She helped us out big time on saving $ on our bill. Appreciate you Lily, keep being YOU!

Jason has a voice that sounds like a mixture of Fergie and Jesus when he sings! Alyssa and Lilly were awesome too and very helpful! Good group of people work here!

Was helped with purchasing Apple Watch. I was very satisfied with prompt help and selection. I ordered what I wanted, it arrived the next day. The person helping me was a young man, Brian. Very helpful

Walked into the store around opening time, explained the issue, and had it fixed. Then we were free to go. Really fast, easy service. I was in an out with 2 of 2 fixed phones in under 10 minutes!

I had such an amazing experience at this AT&T store. There was a slight wait and I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door and was assured they’d be right with me. After 10 or so minutes Sandra helped me switch over from T-Mobile and set me up with a brand new phone and answered all my questions with confidence. Sandra transferred me over to Billy to finish up the transfer and to help set up my new phone due to a prior commitment, phone call, and he was just as professional as Sandra. I was very impressed with their service and politeness. So much I came on here to write a review. Thank you all! I’ll be with AT&T for a very long time because of your outstanding costumer service!

Fantastic customer service!!! Dominic answered all of my questions quick and clearly. He was very knowledgeable in not only AT&T but also other aspects of technology . Highly recommend going and seeing him next time you visit!

About two months ago, I went into the Hayden AT&T store and experienced such a kind and helpful staff. They helped me with an issue I had at the Ironwood store and went above and beyond to get it fixed. I had another issue recently, so I went back into the store and was greeted by Lisa who I must say was very kind and funny! She absolutely made my day! She was patient with me and respectful with the issues I was having. She made me feel so much better! I would highly recommend visiting Lisa! Thank you dear girl for all of your help in helping an old lady out!

Went in to get a new phone a couple days ago, Elijah was very knowledgeable, and kind. Answered all my questions! The kid is super!

It is so rare these days to get someone to help you solve a problem. I had an issue with AT&T and made several calls attempting to fix the problem. The phone support people, bless their hearts, tried their best but could not help. Sometimes you just need the personal touch. Today Aaron, was able to resolve our problem. The actual fix was pretty easy. The main point is that he took the time, to put eyes on it, and get it resolved. Of course this involved working through the AT&T systems for connectivity which, he handled like a pro. Here's the kicker, this was not his problem. This was not something he sold us. It was a new AT&T device that was sent to us. He did not get paid for the product nor the time he took to fix the problem. I am avoiding going into specifics for the sake of time but, I had spent no less than 5 hours on several calls trying to fix this problem and he took care of it in no time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
