Called today, and Matt helped me out. He was super helpful, I told him I was hoping to get wifi before a trip out of state on Sunday (5 days away) and he hooked me up. Called me back in less than an hour and told me the modem was ready and walked me thru how to install it when I arrived. He made the process so smooth and so easy. On my way to pick up the modem, he called me to ensure that I had the right address, which he had given me the first time I spoke to him. I greatly appreciate his due diligence and the quick and easy process, and the run down on how to hook up the modem. I've heard not so great things about Cox but working with Matt definitely made all the negative things I've heard become so irrelevant. Thank you so much, Matt!! Also his male coworker was so welcoming when I walked in, it was great to walk into such a welcoming place, especially after a rough day at work. Thank you again!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received at this store...I usually dread dealing with cable/telecommunications reps, as I have not had good experiences with the products and people in the past. This time, Shane really helped me navigate through the process and I didn't feel like I signed up for anything I didn't need or want, I didn't feel hustled, and I didn't feel like I was just another face in the crowd. He was very knowledgeable and patient and I really appreciate the excellent customer service

I had been debating on what service to go with so I decided to walk in to Cox and ask questions. As soon as I walked in i was greeted and taken care of. Shane answered all my questions and helped me sign up for Cox. I felt so comfortable, you could tell that Shane just wanted to help me save money and STILL get good quality service! I left very pleased with the service I received. I definitely recommend this location.

So glad I came here. The staff is friendly, professional, and doesn't pressure. Shane, the sales staff helped me set up cable services for a good price. He explained everything in detail, including the billing so that I was clear on what I will be billed on. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend it to friends.

Great store. Great Staff. I have a complicated issue with my bill so i went in the store pissed ready to disconnect my service. I was paying over 250 dollars. The store manager Shane was very quick to assist me from the door since the rest of the staff all had customers. Shane was able to put a smile on my face when he lowered my bill to $160.30 then said thank you for being a loyal customer for over 20 years. At this point I was happy and in good hands. We decided to keep the service. Thanks COX Store Palos Verdes.

Anthony was GREAT! Some of the best Customer Service I've received in a very long time. He let me vent, then he addressed my questions individually. He was very attentive and engaged with me, my problems and concerns. He smoothed everything out for me, and I'm one Satisfied Customer.

Bliss, was helpful she understood my frustration and addressed my concern. She set up a trouble shot service for the next day to come address my cable box concerns. This is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn't have to wait on a long hold time on the 1-800 # This store and its staff know how to take care of customers and i'm glad they picked the right staff members for the job.

My wife and I can't say enough great things about this Cox store and the employees. We made the mistake of trying another service provider and were back to Cox in weeks. Brian was awesome and helped us to quickly get our service back up and operational taking the time to ensure we fully understood our options so we could make the best choices. We highly recommend you select Cox and also this particular retailer if you want the most professional sevice available.

Great customer service! They walked me through this entire process of signing up for my cable and it was a process for me. Totally patient and very knowledgeable! The install was quick and painless. Definitely wish the other companies had it together like they do!

First off this store deserves more than 5 stars for its friendly staff, knowledge, and convenience of the location. I completely trusted the staff in answering any questions I had concerning costs and something that was suitable to me. Anthony was a great help and wonderful aspect of my experience. Keep it up!!

I've been a long time customer of Cox Communications and never got the professional treatment like the staff at this store. When upon leaving the store, the manager Shane thanked me for the continuous business. Sometimes it's the small things that builds loyalty. They have my business.

I have only dealt with Cox Communications over the phone, which I found to be a bit frustrating and sometimes confusing. When I saw the store front recently I stopped in to find out what they had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable sales person. Anthony was eager to explain some of the different packages that might suit our needs. Really glad I stopped in!

The service at this location is by far the best service I have ever encountered with cox! If you are local, skip the phone call and go into this office for your cox needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and will go out go their way to help you with whatever you may need. They also helped me to lower my bill AND I got better service and more channels! Thank you Winnie and the rest of the staff, you are awesome!

Cox store is tucked into the Peninsula Center Shopping Center. Staff was friendly and personable. Eliot helped me, and did a very thorough, professional job! He answered all my questions and set up new service in a matter of minutes. So much easier to go in and talk to someone who has answers.

Like to give a lot of Thanks to my Tech Support Person La Sandra who identified my problem with my line and sent out a Technician(Justin B) to look at my line. And I would also like to give thanks to Justin Barbata whom not only found the problem but also had someone else come back and assist with fixing our issue.
