Propstore

Recently made my first Propstore purchase and could not be happier! Staff were very responsive to e-mails/questions, provided me with an accurate shipping quote ahead of the auction, and promptly shipped my win (a collection of photo albums which were carefully packaged in muslin/bubble wrap, all nestled in foam peanuts). Everything arrived as described and in good condition!

Pleased with overall result and product! The team in California including Dan, Michael & Tami really exceeded my expectations with professional and courteous customer service. This is a hard trait to find these days in retail! Regardless if this is a first purchase, or fifth, You'll be happy you did. Even if something were to get damaged after leaving their grounds, they fight for the consumer, and that is why I am beyond pleased with my experience.

Pick up was easy breezy.

This company has brought nothing but joy to my life in the realm of movies and props. They are definitely best of their class in what they do. I've purchased props from other companies but I've never seen the helpfulness like they show at Prop Store. If you're looking for a prop from any movie I would 100% check here first. And for everyone wondering, it is indeed an "Online" Store who also holds many online auctions through the year and one or two "Live" auctions that they stream online! Good luck collecting!

I am a little embarrassed as how much money I have spent here. However the staff is very friendly and very helpful. They will most likely get more of my money in the future.
