Daiso

Loved my visit to Daiso! It’s like a Japanese Version of the dollar store. All items are $1.75 unless otherwise priced. I had so much fun walking up and down the aisles looking at all the cute items. I left with some Japanese drinks and some cute Disney pens. They had a lot of office supplies as well so I’m definitely going to go back and grab some of those.

They have a lot of storage boxes, plushies, toys for kids, makeup, cleaning supplies, kitchen items, and more. The list goes on and on.

Most of the items are priced in Yen but they have a pricing chart that you can easily compare it all to dollars so you know the correct pricing.

I always came to this store way many years ago when I was living & worked not too far from Northridge. This store has more selections of stuffs the one by woodland hills doesn't.

So every now and then I'll stop by just to "hunt" for cute little stuffs.

Got a lot of these bags as souvenirs for my loved ones when I'm visiting them.
$1.75 each

More functional than expensive souvenirs at the airports stores!

i enjoyed the variety of merchandise and Japan goods that this Daiso offers. Friendly staff and clean place. it smells refreshing too.

Great place for unexpected useful items. Always love to visit this location, Santa Monica, and 3rd Street & Alameda location in Los Angeles. We never fail to find items that come in handy. Thanks Daiso, please come to Ventura County. 😊👍🏻

This store has a lot of random items, but everything is organized in their respective aisles, and the store is easy to go through. I loved the fact that they had Japanese soup bowls and plates. I wish I had known about it before I had my sushi party. Next time!

A bunch of cute things for 1.75, it's like a Asian 99cent store/dollar tree, I could spend my whole day just looking at things here

I love this place. They have a bit of everything and their prices are great. My cashier was Larica I believe? And she packed all my items in my bag so nicely so everything fit and nothing got squished. Everyone is nice here and the aisles are a bit narrow but it’s lovely to walk around. Their stationary section is wonderful, and so are the snacks!!

Daiso is the best. One of the stores you drop into just because it's fun to look around. Forget about social distancing when you're here, it's a very small store and it gets crowded quick. If you go on a slow day, take your time and look around and you're sure to find tons of dope stuff.

First time at this location and really loved everything. I found everything I needed and didn’t know I needed haha. I went on a Saturday and honestly I wouldn’t come back just because it’s like life or death just trying to get to the store from the parking. It’s so BUSY, BUSY, BUSY. So hold your kids when walking to the store because it’s definitely not safe during the weekends. Maybe coming during the week is better. But the store is your typical Daiso. Employees are sweet and quick. Great customer service :)

Every time I go in the cashiers are very nice, but there was one cashier Mel he was great. I want to thank him for going the extra mile.

Most everything is 1.50 unless its tagged with a different price. Useful knickknacks. They have a big variety party bags, seasonal decor , make up, socks, kitchen utensils & dishes,cleaning supplies to name a few. Final sale . No refunds. Not sure if they offer to exchanges.

a store for connoisseurs of Japanese kitchen utensils and small items for the home

Love this place, going through the doors transports you to Japan. The layout and product selection are identical to one's in Japan. If you live in a small place then this is the store for you. You will find items from gadgets, kitchen and personal items to snacks and widgets all items suitable for a single person or couples who live in small places. They are clearly marked with great prices that are hard to beat.

Great variety of items, kind of like a 99c of Japanese goods, though most items are $1.50 and up. Still, an incredible value. No Apple Pay yet... hmm?

Very cute and affordable store. Has many items to choose from for gifts or just for personal use. The line moves pretty fast and is well organized inside. Easy to walk around and the employees are very friendly.

Can't beat their prices! Most items are under $3.00. Good place to find those little things that you really don't need but are great to have : Tea Cups, Storage Containers, Travel items such as Neck Pillows,Kitchen and Cleaning tools, Make-up bags and more. Easy parking.
