Starbucks

I've never been inside this shop, always just drive thru. but while I was there the couple of hours just on my laptop. I couldn't help but noticed the great atmosphere and customer service these employees give to each an everyone that walks thru that door. The good morning welcomes. To them acknowledging guest that have been waiting, ask for their name so they can let them know how much longer. Kudos to the employees and the well management. I'm a general manager myself and couldn't happen but noticed all the great stuff I saw and heard today.

Every employee there works for their money. I couldn't do it. They definitely deserve a pay raise

The barista was SUPER NICE! Drinks were delicious as always.

This is a great place to hang out and visit with friends and it's a great place to see magic

The staff is always nice and friendly I am here alot and they always accept me everyday

Today in the morning I got an iced coffee and then when I left my cup holder didn't hold it good and it got spilled it all over my car 😯 I went back after I cleaned it up because I still wanted my coffee and this nice lady, I didn't get her name, but she had red streaks in her hair recognized me and i briefly told her the situation on what happened. She was so nice and gave me the drink for free. Thank you so much! That really meant a lot to me and I appreciated it because my morning was going bad, but that made it better thank you!!!

Good food, service, and coffee but some guy came in and had a long, loud conversation with one of the girls and then he shouted goodbye to them all .. they knew him and not sure if he was a coworker or customer but that was rude and made it difficult to relax. Hated the music too.

Was there picking up 3 drinks and 3 pastries I ask for a cup holder the Starbucks employee (didn’t had a name tag)was no cup holders because of COVID out of control never argue as of why they didn’t have them. She was so rude and I had to ask for my straws.I ask her about a bag so I could take my drinks she said the bag will not hold drinks. Also my order was all over the counter it would been easier to just put it all together this way customers don’t have to look all over the counter since I was told because of COVID reasons. I found myself reaching over other drinks.

Great service! Drive-thru attendant was friendly and very helpful. This visit exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the great service and for continuing to wear face masks in order to continue keeping everybody safe. 6/6/20

I WENT AT 9:20ISH TODAY AND I WAS CRAVING A COFFEE OF COURSE SO THIS YOUNG MAN HELPED ME OUT I ASKED ABOUT THE EGG AND BACON BITES AND HE TOLD ME DETAILED BY DETAILED WHAT IT HAD HE TOOK HIS TIME TOO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND HIS SENSE OF HUMOR AND HIS PERSONALITY 😊😊 JUST BROUGHT SO MUCH JOY 😊 😃 AS WELL JAKE KEEP UO THE GREAT WORK HUN😊😊 YOU ARE AMAZING KEEP IT UP😊😊

I came to your store specifically for a hot mint medley tea and you were all out. I have not been feeling well and was hoping for a sick tea to help me feel better. Nicole was the girl working the register, and she was very helpful and immediately had a suggestion for a substitute sick tea. Turns out her suggestion was just what the doctor ordered. I have been a regular customer to Starbucks for a couple years now and although the service is good, the service Nicole provided me with this evening was with genuine care and the best service I've experienced, by far. So grateful!

Pretty nice Starbucks, lots of seats, people are very techie into their own stuff. Music is good and they have lots of parking space.
Restrooms don't need a key to go in and are decent.
Population in this area by majority is Asian but still diverse.

This location is usually Very Busy... But that being said all the baresta's are always very friendly, Always wearing smiles 😊... Annd it may take some time if you go inside but always worth the wait 🤗💯

I LOVE this starbucks! They get packed sometimes but it's only cause they have so many customers. I know when I go which is everyday we have a minimum of 4 drinks. And there's a lot of offices around that preorder. Keep up the good work! ❤❤❤

My favorite franchise in the area: well-mannered generally upbeat staff, good seating and lighting, accurate and fast online ordering. The only drawback is that, being a busy location, street people can occasionally wander in causing a fuss and trash the restroom without ordering anything.

I love this Starbucks! Every morning I'm greeted with a smile by a wonderful person named Mattie!(sorry if I spelled it wrong) Mattie is the nicest person ever and I love his energy! Thank you for making my morning amazing!

I had a great experience and always do. On this Visit I met Mel she is a manager at this location. Nice lady and very helpful. Thanks to the whole staff! Great Work!!!!

Great service. Great place to be if you
wanna just sit & relax with a friend or by
your self & enjoy that what ever it is you love. I had a caramel frappuccino extra caramel & a toasted bagel with cream cheese and butter. It was soooo yummy.

I go to this Starbucks everyday order the same thing an the people are very friendly quick and prompted no complaints keep up the good work!! Try there pumpkin bread heated up it's so good.
