with this new owner you don't have cleaning and in the morning you need one more worker. The lady is alone and needs help. We wait a long time online.

Thought 7/11 was open all 24 hours. Looks like its closed from 2-5am. Needed a quick emergency stuff and another right down the street was the same result. Very disappointing. Right when I needed late night hours from them.

Employee always on phone while ringing people up she’s always talking to someone on the phone it’s hard to focus or know who she is talking to constantly on cell phone on shift

DANGER!!! Wow total POS at the register counter please management fire whoever was working at this exact time1/18/2021 8pm. He knowingly allowed opened bottles of water to be sold over the counter. When I politely called back and let him know in english he pretended to speak Spanish, I then reiterated the above politely to him in Spanish and was hung up on. Then I called back and let him know how I really felt putting people in danger during covid-19 allowing this kind of activity. Please 🔥 this person don't allow your business to succumb to a POS employee.

The hot chocolate machine was working but only poured out hot water no hot chocolate this was the second store with the same problem

They have items that are expired, check your items before buying 🤮 Especially their milk.
