This store is always clean with good customer service. The store is spacious, and everything is easy to find. I've found it to be well stocked with lots of size options. The kids section felt a little small compared to the other sections but I like that it had toys too. It is accessible from more than one parking lot making it easy to get to.

I always have the best experience shopping at Macy's. Cannot ever go wrong with Macy's. Especially when it comes to returns I love it as much as l also love Amazon. Easy purchase online n easy return. Love my Macy's 💖

Macy's women's and men's stores at the Brea mall have a great variety of brands to choose from and the prices are pretty reasonable. The store employees were helpful and friendly. There are restrooms in Macy's, the food court, and in the mall. There are two free parking structures and plenty of outdoor parking.

Black Friday sale has great prices.

The one downside for the kids clothing: no belts for children. Come on. For dress clothes for kids, we need belts.

Outstanding customer service from Managers Farouk, Freddy, and Shakila at Macy's Fashion Island. They were very friendly, prompt. Highly recommend to shop at this store. They have great deals, especially in men's department, and variety of selections.

So sad that so many department stores have gone out of business in the past years since online shopping has become so popular. We still love to go to stores to walk around and and try on clothes in person. We love Macy's! The store is always well stocked and clean. The employees are nice too here.

This store has a fresh brand new look inside thanks to their updated remodel. The bright lighting, new flooring and floor displays makes you feel like it is the first time you have shopped at this Macy's.

The first floor has home, kids and LensCrafters, looks very bright and makes it much easier for me to see the products I am trying to find. This home area always has the quality of bedding and towels that I shop for; I am a little picky and prefer high quality threading.

Up on the cosmetic, jewelry, handbags, shoes and men's floor - the new lighting makes you feel like you are shopping in the daylight, making it easy to truly see the colors of their products. I always like their men's area because they have just what I am looking for in suits from Alfani, relaxed wear in surf and when I need to be fashionable INC and Calvin Klein are right next to each other.

Upstairs on the 3rd floor they were just finishing up the new remodel, but it already looks like a brand new area thanks to the shiny floors and bright lights. My fashionista shopping partner, pointed out that the ladies floor transitions from one lifestyle to another almost seamlessly. Nothing like shopping INC, walking across the aisle to free people and then easily finding activewear.

One of the managers was very helpful telling me where items were located to make shopping more easy and enjoyable due to the new remodel. I also noticed that if you made an online purchase for the free in store pickup, it is located in home on the 1st floor right inside the door that leads to the parking lot. Very easy to get to and has dedicated customer service.

It’s very easy for parking and the store has a great variety of clothing, shoes, sports apparel and more with great brands

We buy our mattresses there because there’s no pressure to buy and the pricing is good and delivery is fast. They also have good rugs and lots of home goods.

We highly recommend Macys for shopping and a great stroll on Fashion Island

My fiancee I went to a wedding registry at the Fashion Island Macy's. Bernadette Bowman, The My Stylist that put on the registry was great. If you are getting married & need a place to register this is the place to do it.

Shayna is Kind Patient and Amazing in the Women's Shoe Dept!! She was helping 5 clients with a SMILE all at Once!! She even took the time to order Some Madden Girl Sandals for that I Really want!! She offered to order, I didn't have to ask! Thank You!! I will definitely be purchasing shoes at Macy's Fashion Island Again!

I popped into this Macy's for some quick shopping and was wowed by the experience. The store was organized and sparkling clean. Laura was very friendly and super helpful, guiding me to find just what I needed. Checkout was a breeze, and I left with a smile. Both online and the in-person store is amazing :)

Nice store. Has all the departments you need. Not nearly as big as south coast macys wich has everything and then some. Some items are a little more limited (purse selection for example). Store was clean and people were friendly. The online order pick up department was a total win. Very good energy and polite customer service.
