I would come here all the time because one of the members on the staff was literally my best friend I would walk in and we’d just talk and laugh and go through all the merchandise in the store like once a week. I’ve loved everything I’ve ever bought here

This place has gotten so much better with the new staff. They are friendly, professional, and very open minded. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Upon arrival I found that the door to the store was locked, but after knocking and waiting a second an employee came to the door and greeted me with a warm welcome.
We had a wonderful conversation and they were very informative about the product, and helping find what best suits my interests.

I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who is a beginner or just wants to add to their collection.

Amazing customer service!!!
I went in not knowing what I wanted and the lovely girl working the counter helped me out so much. She told me the pros and cons of every product that I looked at and helped me find the one that was absolutely perfect for me. They have a pretty good selection and can help you find something that will fit your needs. I recommend this store to anyone who just needs a little bit of help or wants to expand their collection. I will most definitely be coming back to this location!

Ashley was so amazing! She really went out her way to make sure I was getting the proper attire when it comes to sizing we ended up going with a pink for which was super cute and it made me feel super sexy thank so much Ashley!

I have never been to another store with this great of customer service!!! The staff are the sweetest people I know, and are so understanding when it comes to personal preference. Been coming to Sara's for over 20 years and have spent tons of money there. I got to be friends with an associate and had a great working relationship. I was even her Guinea pig trying (and paying for) new products for feedback. It has been several months since I saw her, and trusted her opinion. She worked for the company for like 15 years or over. I just called to see if she was working, and if they had something (not an inexpensive massager) the lady, I'm assuming, that was on the phone with me called herself the store manager, and was really rude and seemed bothered that I was even calling. I will no longer do business with them, as of today. When I'm spending a couple hundred dollars on a massager, and I know they make commission off of it...I'm not going to deal with that.

This store is a bust. Drove 20 min to get here and it's 730 on a friday, open sign is on and says to knock if door is locked. I've knocked several times and have been waiting for 30 min to get in. Called the store 2x with no answer. Super disappointed

I came here at 7:30 pm 2/22/2022 lights on nobody answers the door came back at 8:30 pm same thing so I waited a lady came from the back at 9:00 pm talking on the phone cut the lights off and the open sign SMH Poor service

Went by at 9pm on a Saturday and door was locked. This has happened on a few different occasions.
