The UPS Store

Had nine boxes of personal effects and family memorabilia that required extra wrapping for protection. Jenny committed over two hours to get everything right. She was patient from the get go. I enjoyed our conversations along the way. Would highly recommend taking all your packaging and postal needs to this UPS store. A first class, family owned business.

This is the greatest UPS store I have been to hands down. Family owned and operated. I met John the owner, everyone working here was very nice and beyond helpful. I wish every business was ran like John’s.

I have shipped items and been in the store three times and the owner is always there and his employee is amazing! She does a great job helping me each time!

would give 0 if I could. Awful services. Opened a mail box for business and need to receive some packages there. When opened it, I checked with the store owner whether the recipient could be the my company name, the owner confirmed that as long as the box# is correct, the name doesn’t matter. Then, I signed it for a year contract. The first delivery was successful. However, they rejected all the following deliveries, three times at least. The man there said the recipent name had to be the name in the contract that was different from I heard from the owner when sign the contract. The money of the year lease doesn’t matter but this make me feel like this is a scam. This is not the correct way to run your business. Really not recommended.

Was so excited that I had a very close UPS store open up until I tried brining my Amazon returns back here and the younger, blonde dude decided to pull a fast one and pretend he didn’t scan my Rolling Stones record for return, well he scanned something else and I’m now out a record. Hope it was worth it dude.
