Chequamegon Home Furnishings

My wife and I moved to Wisconsin about a month ago and found Chequamegon Home Furnishings in downtown Park Falls. We were looking for a couch since we sold all of our furniture before making the trip to here. We were greeted when we walked in and ended up buying a sectional. They delivered it to our new house and were very professional. We recently went back and purchased two recliners and they were delivered today. Very very nice and helpful owner and employees. We highly recommend them! Great customer service is my main thing and they definitely have excellent customer service. We will be back to buy another sectional for our basement in the spring.

When we moved to the northern area of Wisconsin, we needed a large array of furniture. Our stop at Chequamegon Furniture was the best experience we had through this process. Staff was very helpful, considerate, friendly and flexible to work with. Communication was top notch, with every purchase we made. Would highly recommend shopping local and supporting this business.

We worked with Trent at the Park Falls store to select some new furniture for our living room. He was excellent to work with and so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store also had a great variety of items at fair prices. The individuals who delivered our order were also very pleasant and efficient! So nice to have such a wonderful store in our community. Thank you! We look forward to shopping here for other needs in the future.

So I have to try and shorten this long story. My wife and I went to the Park Falls store looking for a mattress and other furniture. found the mattress we wanted, but it wasn't in stock. Trent special ordered the one we needed. He gave us an estimated time, 30 days, before He would receive it from the factory. Having never done business there before I was a little cautious. Around 28 days from the time we ordered it, I called to see where the mattress was in the process. Marcus form the Ashland store answered the phone, I told him the story and let him know I was getting a little nervous about receiving the mattress, our credit card had been charged and ,me, not the most trusting person wanted an update. He said he would call to check on the order and get back to me. Within 45 minutes I received a call from Marcus with the update. He said they should receive it in a couple days. I still wasn't totally satisfied, being the non trusting person I am. Marcus told me, If he had to, He would shut down the Ashland store, get the mattress and bring it to me in his own truck so I would be satisfied! He also assured me if there was a problem he would absolutely refund our money. So later that day Trent called me and told me they would be delivering my mattress in two days, first thing in the morning. Well it arrived this morning. very professional guys delivered it, set it up and wished us a good day. In this age of mediocre customer service if your lucky, we ran into Trent and Marcus! What price do you put on, Above and Beyond, GREAT customer service! I'm very hard to impress and they totally blew me away with the extent they went to, to let us know how much they pride themselves in pleasing all of their customers. These guys have quality furniture. The Best Craft line they sell is just that, the best. Very knowledgeable about what they offer and very honest, they will give you the best deal. My wife and I purchased two rooms of furniture and love it. You can tell it’s quality and built to last the moment you sit down. Thanks guys for the great deal.

Trent was very helpful with our shopping experience. We chose a recliner we liked and he arranged to have it pulled from the warehouse while we ran some errands. Someone was at the warehouse when we picked it up and helped us load it. Wish I had time to look through the whole store. There's apparently more furniture options downstairs

If you are looking for great customer service, quality furniture, and excellent prices this is the place to go. I am so pleased with our new living room furniture. It looks great and is so comfortable. We also bought some wall art and lamps to complete the room. Couldn't be happier!

Love Bob's! Always friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for being in such a small town! We have purchased 2 rooms of furniture so far from here and an amazing chiming clock!
