I love Burlington..if they answered phones You'd be standing in líne longer, cashiers do their best to accommodate customers. Sometimes cashiers don't show up so dont assume they don't hire enough cashiers.prices are awesome & worth the wait!

The clerk and manager were friendly, fair and understanding...I found the only pair of Tommy Hilfiger walking shoes that looked slightly worn and there wasn't an original tag so I asked for a discount. The register clerk wasn't able to but she nicely asked for the manager and the manager gave me a 10% discount on the non returnable item which was great since I love these comfortable shoes. Hint: Shop on weekday mornings up to 3:30 pm since it's less crowded .

Staff very friendly, said hello and asked how was I doing upon entering 👌Was assisted by two ladies on your price adjustment team locating merchandise and by security locating gift bags 👏👍. Price adjustment team was mostly at the registers when I got in line and one of the same ladies that helped me on the sales floor opened up a register and checked me out. I thanked her, she said no problem and thanked me as I left told me to have fun at the gathering I was attending, as I left security's salutation was for me to have a good day, take care and stay safe. Best experience!! I don't live in Corona, this is now my Burlington home store. The drive is definitely worth it from Riverside!!!

Haven't been to a Burlington in years. Still a good store with some good deals, but more like a Ross or Marshall's now.

Prices are great if you're shopping for your family and need tl save money. If you're not in a hurry, you just may find that outfit you saw in that expensive department store but couldn't afford

Love this store, I am always finding what I need. My wife was looking for a coat jacket couldn't find it she went to at least 5 stores, I told her to check out Burlington Coat Factory and she found it.

Not much crowded during our visit. We liked the wall decors and clothes selection.
