Went there and the 2 gentlemen were so helpful kind! Went above and beyond. Definitely have not experienced this amazing customer service in a long time!! These 2 guys show that there are good workers out there!! Anthony & Aaron kudos to you!

Best auto zone ive ever been to, the staff is cool and kind, and they are helpful and knowledgeable. Oscar helped me with my tail light and he went above and beyond, management would be wise to keep him around!

Sweet little gem of an auto zone. Usually I hate stopping into an auto zone. I am thankful for these store but the customer service is usually really bad. At this location I was not pushed or over sold on something I did not need. I was provided with the answers and help I needed to make the best decision possible. Thanks for some good customer service.

My 2nd time Manager Kameron has helped me out I was so happy to see him and he rang me up. He changed both brake lights in the back even though only one was burned out, they come in a two pack he did it in a jiffy.
I just love his customer service skills always on point just a wonderful human.

This AutoZone has always been very helpful, in person and especially over the phone. I’ve called other stores before and there were not helpful at all when it came to my warranty’s, but this store would always tell me the truth and answer all my questions, even though I don’t live in Fontana anymore I always call this store for any question, I’m sure the staff has changed over the years, but every employee I speak to is well trained and know how to assist their customers. I highly recommend this store.

Recently visited and was lucky enough to receive assistance from Cameron. Not only was cam helpful and assisted me with my needs with my vehicle’s battery, he was also a friendly personality, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

I can't speak highly enough about the excellent service we received from Arturo B. Our car had the check engine light come on and after waiting an hour at Toyota, we were told we would have to leave the car until Monday when the diagnostician would be in. We drove to Autozone where Arturo ran the computer program and discovered the issue. He patiently explained it to us, looked under our hood to make sure everything appeared connected and said the car appeared safe to continue on our road trip to Vegas. We tried to tip him and he would not accept any money. To confirm we did go to our local Toyota Service when we got back and they confirmed that Arturo was correct and event they could not explain the issue as well as he did. I only hope that my three sons are as good, respectful and knowledgable at their jobs! Whatever he is making, he deserves a raise :)

I purchased windshield wipers. After the cashier rang up my purchase, she said she would put them on for me. I told her I knew how, but she insisted. She walked out with me to my car and put them on in seconds. I really appreciated that.

Brian was SOOOOO HELPFUL and his communication via the phone and in-person was stellar!!! He communicated effectively that they were having issues with their phone but gave me exact instructions that he would call me right back & he did once he confirmed they had the product in stock. Then took my information with care and was extremely pleasant both on the phone and in person; great customer service experience overall!

Edwin at autozone #3327 was excellent sales rep. He told us what tools we to fix our car battery! I would recommend this store to anybody that needs to replace parts on there vehicle!

I was having a hard time finding a freeze plug. They guy at the counter couldn't find what I needed so he let me go behind the counter to get the part I needed. I left happy and the truck is fixed.
