Over the weekend, my husband accompanied me on a shopping excursion with the intention of finding a suitable necklace for our upcoming trip. While I don't typically gravitate towards jewelry, I decided that an elegant and dainty necklace that I could wear constantly would be a charming addition. Regrettably, the initial experiences at several stores were disheartening as we were overlooked by the staff.

However, our visit to Tiffany's proved to be a marked contrast. From the moment we entered, we were promptly greeted and assigned a dedicated sales representative named Michael. His assistance and amiable demeanor greatly enhanced our shopping experience. I provided him with a brief description of the necklace I had in mind, and he promptly showcased a couple of options that perfectly aligned with my preferences. Among them, the Tiffany T smile necklace captured my heart, and the exceptional service we received made the decision feel serendipitous.

While I may not be an avid jewelry enthusiast presently, the outstanding service and selection at Tiffany's have left a lasting impression on me. I am certain that in the future, when I do become more inclined to wear jewelry, Tiffany's will be my preferred destination for such purchases.

For the past several years I have purchased jewelry from SC Plaza and Fashion Valley! However, for 2020 I really wanted a special gift for my daughter. I looked online and saw a beautiful South Sea Golden Pearl Ring set in very bold 18kt double band. It however showed only 1 available. I called FV and was told the ring was a limited edition and sold out everywhere and they were unsure of when more would be made available.

I then contacted the UTC location and Corey was extremely helpful. I explained what a Golden birthday was and he did everything in his power to locate one for me. He said he found 1 in the US and would try to get it overnighted in order to have it in time for my daughter's bday. He made good on his promise and my daughter loved her beautiful Golden pearl.

I recently visited this Tiffany's location for the first time, and it was a terrific shopping experience. I already knew exactly what product I was going to buy, but the sales associate who assisted me (Ying) helped me get in and out in a flash while still providing unparalleled customer service. Ying was very courteous, friendly, and professional.

I truly appreciate it when someone helps me instead of trying to sell to me, and Ying did just that. Should I ever need another jewelry gift for someone again I will certainly keep this store as my go to spot. Also, the store looks amazing, but that's a given with Tiffany's.

A sincere shout out to Igor for the best experience received in a tiffany store. When you are here, you are family. This is truly how I felt when leisuring browsing through their collections. Igor have demonstrated that after sale service is equally important to procuring a life long relationship. Having shopped at this location, I can absolutely not see myself shopping at any other location. Again, the service here is unmatched. Thank you as my wife loved the perfume.

My wife Marnie and I went into the store. Immediately we were greeted and offered bottled water which is a nice touch. We were looking for a wedding band. We saw one that we actually liked but they didn’t have her size. Enoch Arthur-Asmah was very nice and very helpful. My wife who is very particular was very satisfied with his help. Due to our baby crying we had to leave. But we will definitely be back once we go back to San Diego. Arthur Was a complete gentleman and I will go back and only ask to work with him. Tiffany is a great store But the customer service like Arthur provided puts it in a completely different category!

Love the experience they gave my wife on her first time shopping. Customer service was great, she explained everything and showed her what she wanted to see. Even helped her try them on. Will definitely come back to this store!

There is not much I can really say that the name itself can't tell you. Most consumers recognize Tiffany's for their trademark Tiffany blue that adorns many of their products, or the quality and beauty of their jewelry. For myself, it's their truly amazing customer service. Which is no surprise as the attention to detail in everything their name is on, whether it's the interior design of the store, the craftsmanship of their jewelry or the intimate personal experience they provide for each and every customer.

Tiffany's will continue to have my business indefinitely due to their customer service. I can buy jewelry for my loved ones anywhere and anytime from the comfort of my house, yet I will make the time to walk into their stores and make my purchases because of how I am treated from the moment I step through the door to last step out of it.

I had an excellent learning experience at this Tiffany's from an employee named Enoch Asmah. He was very knowledgeable & patient with my questions. I highly recommend him if you are looking to learn about diamond rings.

Expensive as heck for little pieces of gold, but i still love it!! And boyfriends and husband's your ladies will love these delicate pieces of jewelry as well! You can't go wrong with Tiffany & Co.

Awsome store!! I have 3 necklaces from them. they clean it for you and give a figi water if your thirsty they are so friendly. It's the best high end store I been in !!
