Absolutely awful customer service, the night manager was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate, made me feel like I was a bother just for trying to get my photo order fixed due to THEIR systems mistake. Made comments as if I couldn’t hear her while she was talking to another employee (whom was actually considerate and trying to help me figure the whole thing out); this is not the first time I have witnessed terrible service at this location. As a manager you should not treat customers with such blatant disrespect, absolutely shameful.

Please replace Laliah and Sue at the Pharmacy. My mom is sick with Covid and has been needing medicine desperately. We have made 4 trips to this location and they keep messing up and now saying they don’t have the medication at all. They told us to come back in 3 hours on the 3rd trip but before wasting another trip my mom called before coming back and they then said it would be ready in 90 minutes. She went back to the store and they had NO record of the order being placed or any idea on how to help. No one could give her clear answers of what was going on.
My mom is elderly and has been coughing non-stop. These pharmacists are not taking responsibility. The only person who apologized and took any accountability with a kind heart and made my mom feel cared for was Marcus the pharmacy tech.
My mom will haunt the woman who were rude to her…

Extremely slow, and long wait time in store or drive. If you called they never answered if they do answer then put you on hold for hours without saying anything. Horrible customer service.

Don't ever call and expect an answer. And when I wanted to know about COVID-19 shots the guy was asking all my personal info on the phone just to seconds later transfer me to pharmacy. Smfh he had to reason to ask if he was just goin to transfer me. They put me on hold forever so after 25 minutes on hold I'll never call them again. 👎👎👎👎

Horrible Customer Service. went to go get my shot for covid. And they said to wait in the long line to take the shot. they don’t care about anything. Horrible Experience.

The parking lot has a lot of trash. Disposable Masks; wrappers, etc. it is an eyesore and needs to be cleaned up. I go in at least once a week for different items and it’s always like that; a dirty mess.

The Covid staff are not helpful and don’t know what the heck they’re doing.
