Me and my daughter always shop at this store. Anahit is my to go person when I come in. She remembers me and my needs and wants. She takes care of me and my needs and always finds a way to find the perfect product that matches my vibe. The store is so clean and always stocked. I always leave satisfied and happy. Anahit is a ray of sunshine and more like a friend than a worker. The store is a safe place to come and get some new beauty products. Always find some new stuff to try out with the help of Anahit! Highly recommend this store and getting to know Anahit!!

Marcella and all are truly so very welcoming and kind, very friendly and professional. I feel like a friend when I come to the store and am treated kindly with warm service and am very tended to. I love her and her associates, and I love coming to the store!

A shell of what they used to be. Used to be my favorite store in the area, now I wonder why I bother. Each time I go, I am more disappointed with the service and brand offerings. Today, the store is supposed to open at 10:00 and at 10:40 the door was
still locked. The sales person finally opened the door and seemed annoyed that I had questions about foundation. She then proceeded to give me options but makes ME apply the foundation. Um....what?? There are still many many stores that will help with makeup application. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that the whole experience was completely negative and that will be my last visit to Cos Bar in Montecito. They need a serious reality check.

Walked in on a very rainy day. Was greeted by an employee as if I was ruining their nap - store was empty of customers, while quite full of old product that clearly was not selling. When asked if I was looking for anything in particular, I wondered if they had any RMS or Glo Skin Beauty…”No, they only carry that at Sephora,” quipped the employee in a shrieking judgmental tone. Off putting, as both brands are in fact not sold at Sephora. Would not suggest doing business with this establishment. Buh-bye.
