Meta Store

If you want to try Meta / Oculus devices this is the place to visit. Odd location in a business area, but it's a bit of fun. Top tip: - Definitely book a slot to use the giant VR wall experience via the website. It was VERY busy when we were there and several people were being turned away.

Amazing experience and employees there! The staff there answered all the questions patiently, and let us try 2 different VR games which was really immersive.

Amazing experience. The service and employees were great. Very helpful with demonstrating and helping me use their devices. They were very patient with my grandma who attempted to play Tennis in virtual reality for the first time. Overall, great experience and cool tech. The proximity to the water is a plus as well.

This place gave us an impressive experience of Quest Pro. It’s the best place to learn about the newest Meta products. They have mature using tour, guide, and patient staff.

The staff are so easy-going and friendly.

It's a great experience touring the Meta store. The store gives off a friendly and accessible vibe; people there are passionate about the products, and more so in helping others see the magic of these products. The Rayban stories glasses are surprisingly well-built. The big curve screen is truly mesmorizing, especially when someone is playing a game in VR, and people can spectate from the curved screen. Even if you don't want to buy anything, a quick tour is alway fun :)

Took a walk in the neighborhood and stopped by because I heard of this place because of two LOUD men who were hiring at a local Starbucks. Although I felt embarrassed for these two men and disgusted by what they said after the interviews (because they held them at Starbucks and please get over yourself). At first I didn't want to enter out of annoyance of the two hiring managers who conducted interviews at Starbucks instead of their own place of business, I decided to stop by. The team was very helpful, showed me some AI and I only had to once again experience the loud hiring manager outside on his telephone flapping his mouth like anybody cares what he has to say. There's a thing called inside voice and that's my only complaint that this man flaps his mouth constantly everywhere he is and he thinks he's important. I'll give him one compliment at least the team is very nice and probably respect the people around them. Please just keep it quiet hiring manager and higher in your own place of business because you really made my Starbucks experience God awful.

Really enjoyed my visit to the Meta Store! You can even demo the Quest and Portal products to get a good feel of the VR and virtual experiences. Can't wait to be back!

The store is very nice and as others have said the VR set up they have is probably one of the best looking things in the store. It's a shame the store is really out of the way. I feel like it's a missed opportunity not putting it somewhere more populated like burlingame ave. Having a pretty store though is not enough to earn five stars from me or have a successful formula, but that's where the next part of my review comes in.

I met one of the Meta employees working the store and he was very nice and knowledgeable about the things in the store. I only knew about the Meta quest 2, but the employee also showed me other products as well. It's like he owned every single device in the store (honestly wouldn't be surprised if he did) on top of answering all my dumb questions. I asked if I could give him a shout out to his manager but he actually said he was a Senior expert there (not surprised). Honestly, with someone like him supporting the workers there I think every visitor will have an enriching experience like I did. I made sure to catch the employee's name before leaving.

Had an awesome experience at this location. Askia was very personable and made the whole experience enjoyable. He also delivered excellent customer service and thoroughly explained all the products to me. I hope to come back soon!

You have to book a time to use the Oculus VR headsets on the big wall. This is done by messaging the "meta Burlingame store" on messenger and following the prompts.

Great experience center to try the new Quest 2 device with high resolution 3D fitness games. Definitely a wow experience.
