Ashley Store

Josh helped us today with purchasing this set. We initially came in just to look, but ended up walking out happy with our purchase. He helped us from the moment we walked in up until we walked out, explaining the features and materials with a lot of knowledge of the set. It was exactly what we were looking for because we have kids and dogs, and he could relate being a father himself. His customer service was awesome and he helped us understand all our financing options as well as warranty and what that included. Thank you so much Josh for making this so smooth and fun for our family. We will definitely be back for our outdoor furniture purchase next.

From the moment we stepped into the Modesto Ashley Home Store, we were greeted with extreme friendliness. As we started to look around, we were approached by a trusted advisor named Josh Cooley. He had a lot of experience and we felt well taken care of Throughout the whole process of choosing our new sectional.

Josh made sure, both times I came back to measure, that everything was absolutely accurate. He even set up the quickest shipping to us, and explained everything in detail, every step of the way.

Our sectional was delivered on time and carefully set up by our Delivery guys. They too, were very efficient and friendly!

There was a mechanical issue with one of our recliners, but their trusted service advisor came out the very next day. He quickly resolved the issue and ordered a new recliner to be shipped out ASAP

I cannot say enough about Ashley Home Store in Modesto. We will definitely be shopping there again as we replace furniture that is worn out and needs updating, with new, well-made furniture from Ashley.

John was an awesome sales guy. Very helpful and nice person. He was very patient with us. We bought a bedroom set, couch, outdoor furniture, tv stand, and a few other furniture pieces. We for sure will be coming back. Thank you John.

Had an excellent experience here! Go ahead and look for VJ and John. They helped us tremendously and were extremely nice and professional with a sense of humor. They gave us a discount on a beautiful couch that we wanted because we wanted to price match but even though they couldn't fully price match it, they still met us halfway and honored a discount just for us. Best experience I've actually ever had a furniture store and would highly recommend. Customer service is better than others I've been to and the prices aren't bad either. 5/5

Had good experience with our salesman Josh. Was very professional . He was very knowledgeable about what concepts we wanted for our home. The whole staff was very nice and Courteous. The Ashley store had plenty of options. Was really hard to decide. There payments options are flexible to our lifestyle. Highly recommend getting your next piece furniture from them.

Angel Tavazon is an excellent sales representative! He was informative, giving space & freedom to look around, yet readily available when I needed his help! I bought a sofa, recliner/rocker, & lift u coffee table. He could answer all of my questions & would go above & beyond to explain everything with my purchase. I will definitely request him again! I had an absolute nightmare scenario ordering furniture from Ashley online. It still baffles me what they did and how they did it.

Nonetheless, I was able to come into the store today, and Josh and Jeff were amazing! They were able to get everything ordered and have the delivery scheduled.

Great experience!!!!! We were assisted as soon as we walked in the store by Josh. He was very helpful and kind. You can tell the employees and management have a great dynamic by they way handled multiple customer in the store. The manager, Dj (i believe his name) guided us through financial stuff, making sure we understood exactly what we were paying for and why. 10/10!!!

Our sales girl was awesome! Very helpful and sweet. My elderly dad was in the market for a recliner and she was very patient and knowledgeable. Loved her and our experience with the customer service.

We are SO HAPPY we came to Ashley! Josh was extremely helpful and we got more than what we imagined. We made the mistake of going to Living Spaces first, but thankfully we left there and went straight to Ashley. Great experience! I went in today and Steven helped me look for some outdoor furniture. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Geri the store manager introduced herself and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to find what I was looking for, for a great deal. Will come back for future purchases

All I can say is that we are so happy that we stopped in today to purchase my son his bedroom set. We got the absolute best customer service ever from Angel. He showed us around at all of our options and answered all of our questions. We were treated so well. My husband and I had a wonderful experience in the Ashley showroom in Modesto. We had been looking at a recliner set online and called to see if they had it in stock. They did not but Jerri, the woman we talked to on the phone encouraged us to come in anyway to check the color in person and to look at similar styles. Because of the encouragement we came in and ended up finding a sofa that was actually a better fit for our home and a chair we are much happier with. The salesman who helped us, Yerman, was very helpful without being pushy from beginning to end. We got exactly what we wanted and they even honored the discount code we had been going to use online! A seamless transaction.

I had a great experience working with John. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel pressed to make a purchase. He was nearby when I had questions but didn’t hover and let me do my thing. Plus he was super patient with my toddler while he was being a toddler. Brownie points!

My wife and I were in the market for a living room set. Visited many furniture stores. Customer service is a priority to the both of us. Ashly HomeStore in Modesto topped the list. They offered top excellent customer service from Sales Reps to Manager. Our sales man was Josh which made us feel welcomed and not pressured. He took his time and gave us an excellent deal. A week after we decided to changed an Item and called the Store. I initially talked to Laura which she was curious and prompt. She then transferred me to Geri the manager. I was able to switched an item which was higher in price. Without any hesitation, she offer to eat the cost. Our experience was excellent overall. I highly recommend this place :)

Had a great experience. Was not thrilled about the amount of money we spent, however the genuine leather sectional and new mattress with all the bells and whistles was worth every penny. Great customer service. Fast convenient delivery. We will be shopping her again.
