My mother speaks very broken English and frequently comes in to get cat food, we had a very lovely girl I don’t remember her name, but she has glasses and I think is new. She helped my mother find the cat food and even carried her things out to the car. Great service I appreciate it very much

As Rite Aid as a Corporation continues its financial collapse, you would think the local store would ramp up its customer service to keep long time customers and maybe attract new ones. This store is acting to the contrary and the customer service is the worst it's been in the 12-15 years I've been a customer. The manager is clueless and acts as if she is just in a placeholder position. I transfered all my business/prescriptions to CVS. Good bye Rite Aid.🖐

You're going to have to constantly call them and do their job for them I was told my medication would be here between 2:00 and 6:00 I waited till 5:45 then I called and was told that my medication will not be here until the next day they're not very informative there was times when my doctor would have to resend a prescription three times before they received it and you have to constantly call and keep track of your medication or you will not get anything and that is hard for people who are on life-saving medications I have made multiple emergency room visits because of rite aid they will tell me my medication will be here within an hour and they would come up with excuses on why it's not ready I would recommend another pharmacy like boies their efficient and they even deliver right to your front door early with good attitude

Not A Place of quality service! clearly showed the lady helping us did not want to be there. the attitude was uncanning. All we wanted was ice cream 🤷‍♀
